Loft holiday rentals in Valencian Community

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Pucol. The space was clean, comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area!

Kath’s place is wonderful. The neighborhood is perfect and there are so many lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance it’s crazy. The place is quite large with multiple bathrooms which is great. The main train station is a 10 minute easy walk as well. Kath is super friendly and a great communicator. Always very responsive. I cannot say enough about her apartment. This is our second time there and will definitely be back again. Please do not hesitate to book this one. You will not regret it.

This is a wonderful location if you want to have a central base in Valencia! Felix was kind and helpful, and we have had a wonderful stay at his place!!

The stay at Raquel's loft was really delightful. Wonderful such a large open space with a nice balcony. Very complete and pleasant. Raquel was a great host, flexible with check-in and quick to communicate with. Had given great tips like a concert that was held in Eslida. We mainly walked, Eslida is in the middle of a nature reserve, you can walk into it in no time. Or by car to another beautiful place. Onda, Ain also beautiful for walking. But Eslida itself is also very beautiful, with its labyrinth of streets. Recommended if you like peace and walking!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

A truly wonderful apartment in Alicante. Very nicely located, very quiet, although you have the street in front of the house. In the apartment itself, you can only hear the sound of the sea. The beds are super comfortable, slept so well. We would definitely come back again! Thank you for the beautiful days in Alicante!

Super well equipped apartment and perfectly located.

The accommodation is well equipped. The terrace is lovely. Only small inconvenience for a solo traveler, TV does not give access to channels in French. For the location, you can walk to the center in 30 minutes. The city is flat, it's nice. In addition, there are small shops nearby.

We felt right at home. The host is very warm. It was no problem to experience the greatest things in Ruzafa and Valencia. All the people were very friendly to us even though we don't speak Spanish. The apartment has so much charm. We were always able to sleep in. Shower worked great. You could eat very well in the area. We would book here again and again.

The loft was exactly what we needed for a few days in Alicante... great location to get around..close to the beach and the centre...there is a tram stop just 5minutes away if u wanted to travel around a bit which was Ideal for our trip. the place is lovely and clean... we had read previous reviews about it being quite bright in the morning so we packed sleep eye masks and that did the trick! the shower was lovely the drainage could be a little better but was not as bad as some of the reviews had stated. Fantastic kitchen to cook in and generally a huge space for 2 people! communication was great with the owners.. sent us information about the area and suggested somewhere to leave our luggage on the day we checked out as our flight was later that day...also we where able to check in earlier.. would highly recommend!

A very functional and comfortable ground floor apartment. Had everything we needed and the pool out back was very welcome in the heat.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this small, comfortable studio, with a nice pool. Ideally located, close to a very beautiful and large beach and local shops. The tram also allowed us to easily get to Alicante and Benidorm. Our hosts, very discreet, were however always available, if we had questions. I would recommend this rental.

Absolutely loved Javi’s apartment. It’s bigger than it looks and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided including a useful list of great recommendations in the area. There was enough storage, the space is well thought through. Javi was helpful and we would stay again.

We were a couple staying at Davide’s Airbnb in Valencia for 4 nights. Davide is an amazing, responsive host who answers all questions and always happy to help. The place was tidy, modern and exactly like the photos and description. Felt like home. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre Davide’s Airbnb is recommended to anyone wanting to travel to Valencia!

Excellent stay with outstanding host support! - The host was incredibly helpful throughout our visit, and her Valencia guide was absolutely invaluable for exploring the city. What really stood out was her lightning-fast response time - whenever we had questions or small issues, she resolved them almost immediately. - The accommodation exceeded expectations - both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The keyless entry system was a game-changer. After dealing with another booking that demanded extra fees for late check-in, finding a place with 24/7 access via door code was such a relief. No coordination hassles, just seamless arrival. - Location is perfect with a supermarket right nearby, making it easy to grab essentials. Everything about this place made our Valencia trip smooth and enjoyable. We'd definitely consider staying at her other properties if we return to Valencia. Highly recommend!

Nice, small apartment in a small wine village. Everything you need is in walkable distance. Supermarket right in the next building. The village has a lot of bars & restaurants. We really liked the apartment, has everything you need! Laura and her parents were always reachable. Make sure to visit their vineyard!

Victor was very kind and was very attentive that he has everything, very attentive at all times you have a room and amenities for not that high price. ideal to spend a few days visiting places and having a place to rest.

This apartment is in a perfect location in new town around the corner from the indoor market. The apartment itself was easy to get to and Amadeo had someone to meet you and show you around the apartment and how to use the cooking hob. The place was spotless. There was tea coffee and a bottle of Red wine on arrival. The Internet has good speed and the tv is a good size and adjustable on the wall bracket. The bathroom has a walk in shower toilet and sink. The bed is a good size and really comfy. This place is perfectly located you have several bars restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner. Lidls is a short walk away. Amadeo responds very quickly when messaged but you do have a reliable person that you can contact who is on hand if you need anything. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for self catering apartment near the main area for entertainment shopping and of course the beach which is a few minutes away. I'm definitely booking again.
