My home is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of town, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. The apartment, elegant and quiet despite being very centrally located (and soundproofed), occupies a typical Mediterranean style house (no elevator), with 45 m² and with a maximum capacity of 3 guests, includes the following spaces: - Spacious bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep, LED lighting, blackout blinds, and a large window letting in natural light. It features a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV series in your language. The room includes two bedside tables, two reading lamps, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a vanity area. Upon request and at an additional cost, we can provide an extra single bed (90 cm) in this same room for a third guest (or for a second guest who does not wish to share the king-size bed). We provide complimentary bed linen and two towels (one for the bath and one for the hand towel) per guest. - Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and all necessary cooking utensils. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions. Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of purchasing these essential items. - Dining area with a table, comfortable wicker chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking Calle Saiz de Carlos, a picturesque area full of shops. A desk with a lamp is provided for connecting devices and working comfortably. - Large, fully equipped bathroom with a spacious double rain shower and glass enclosure. We generate our electricity from solar panels, avoid single-use plastics, and separate our waste, among other measures.

Beautiful 50m2 apartment on the third floor without elevator of a historic and protected building. With high ceilings and large windows that allow to be a floor of lots of light, it is composed of a spacious living room and integrated kitchen, completely open. In the living room you will find the TV with Netflix and WIFI, ideal to disconnect after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic stove, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine), if you prefer to eat at home. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils, in addition to toaster, capsule coffee maker, toy, and kettle. A large bedroom with a double bed (135cmx190cm) and its large bathroom with shower and with everything you need, such as a set of towels, hair dryer, shampoo and bath gel. A travel crib is available at no additional cost upon request. The building does not have common areas. We welcome our guests personally, we love to welcome and give details about the apartment as well as about the city. We want you to feel at home! We will be happy to advise you and resolve any unforeseen circumstances before and during the stay. Once they're our guests, we'll be available as many times as needed. Located in the historic downtown of Valencia, a few meters from most of the most relevant and tourist sites in the city, such as Plaza de La Virgen (350m), Plaza de La Reina (210m), the Cathedral (200m), La Lonja de la Seda and Central Market (200m). You will live in the heart of Valencia, full of life and movement, you can enjoy the charm of the city, its streets, its monuments and its cheerful life. The magnificent location allows us to be well connected, all transports pass through the Plaza de La Reina where they take us for example to the City of Sciences and Arts or to the beach of Valencia. Walking or cycling is a great option, as everything is close to the floor. If you come by car, just 200m away is the public parking of La Plaza de la Reina, in the heart of the city.
