Holiday rentals with lake access in Valencian Community

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Great place just near the sea and the Cala Blanca lagoon and tide pools. Great location. Nadine and Ines are great hosts.

My wife and I needed a quiet place, in the middle of nature but inside a small hamlet, and Gabriel's cabin brought together the features we were looking for. In addition, many walks could be taken from right there, no need to take the car. We had a really nice few days!

We had a really great stay in this beautiful apartment! You have a beautiful view of the sea and the location is ideal – several restaurants are nearby. Denis was super friendly and always very quick to respond to our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Nice and large house with many bathrooms which was great when we were many. Some worn sun loungers and outdoor furniture. It was a little further from the sea than we thought. But a really nice pool and generally a nice house.

Vera personally welcomed us and explained her wonderfully prepared and very cozy house to us. She also recommended a lot of excursion destinations to us and we had a very nice conversation with her. The place was clean and very comfortable. There were candles, pillows and cozy seating everywhere, by the pool, on the roof, on the terrace... Wonderful! All amenities worked smoothly and Vera was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

It is a wonderful place to stay with a very nice terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise early in the morning. The internet connection is very good in the house especially if you work from there. The network in the area is a bit difficult but for that you have your peace and quiet:) The pools on the premises are very clean and tidy as described. There are more locals living in the urbanizations and therefore it is nice and quiet. Luciana took wonderful care of us from arrival to departure. We will come back very, very gladly.

The place is great. Sonia was attentive at all times of our arrival, what we needed and to fix any unforeseen events. Simply phenomenal! Highly recommended.

The apartment is a real tip It has a lot of light from east and west, so it's always bright, but not hot at noon. If necessary, good air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms (2 single and one can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. There are many towels, crockery and kitchen utensils. From the balcony you can see the beach and to Valencia (18 km). The 4 km to Perelló we often went to the beach. (Tip: The shops were open there on Sunday mornings.) To the bus stop 2 min, bus goes to Valencia and Perelló. Parking in the yard in the shade. Elena and her husband were waiting for us in the apartment, the communication was always nice and very good. I'm sure we'll be back.

We were happy with our choice. Friendly hosts, clean, cozy apartment, has everything you need as described. Beautiful beach 5 minutes from the house, close to a large supermarket.

Very cozy house with all the amenities needed to spend the stay, both Alicia and Oscar her husband, very attentive. The town and great surroundings to disconnect and beautiful places to visit, as well as its people who are wonderful and treat you beautifully. !! A warm welcome !! Communication with Nathalie went smoothly, on arrival Nathalie happened to pass by. A nice conversation with lots of tips followed. For us, Nathalie was always open, but everything was in order. It really is a super cozy house with every comfort!! We had two dogs, this was all no problem and there is plenty of space. It was clean, bed was nice, there was plenty of air flow. Highly recommended. The location is perfect for us, we are already going to this region a few times, each village has its own charm, the area is beautiful and something for everyone. Nathalie thank you again and you will definitely see us back! Highly recommend

We were a couple with a year and a half baby. We were looking for tranquility and disconnection for a small vacation and we found it. Just what we wanted. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days with your family. The village is small, but it is well worth the surroundings and there are many routes and places that can be visited in and around the village. It is also 50 min from Teruel, which allows for an excursion. The views and tranquility that is breathed in the house are worth it. A place to unwind and spend a few days with friends, couple or family.

A very unique little town! If you want to experience off the beating track then this place won’t disappoint. Small community, beautiful streets and buildings in the middle of mountainous terrain. Friendly people. If you aren’t a confident driver just be careful of the narrow streets and steep hills!

The site is beautiful as it appears in the photos, the host is very nice,flexible as schedules and very reasonable, I help me as much as possible. I went with friends to do a great barbecue and we had a great time, a highly recommended place and a lovely host.
