A perfect place to stay for a few days with family. In our case we traveled 4 generations, I went from my grandfather to my baby. It is true that you have to climb stairs to go up to the floor where the wc, kitchen and living room is, but if you don't mind climbing stairs the house is perfect. It's not missing a detail. It's very close to the beach and the beach is great, fine sand and very clean water and perfect for kids and seniors. The beds are quite comfortable and that there was airing in the rooms it was a pretty important detail due to the big heat wave we've had. For us it was a perfect stay, a place to repeat.

Perfect location, it is possible to park easily without paying, the apartment is better than in the photos, the rooftop terrace is cool, there is a barbecue too. communication with Angels was perfect, always attentive, and attentive to us. we'll be back in a second. thank you for this stay

What a beautiful place to stay. we loved the decorations and the Spanish traditional aesthetic, and my boy loved the bunk beds!the host is very communicative - answered questions quickly and with great deal. Honestly we couldn't have asked for more. it's a short walk to the beach as well which is perfect!! would happily stay here again.

This home was so lovely & perfect for a family. All the en suite bathrooms were so helpful. The outdoor area & pool was gorgeous & so relaxing. Easily walkable & sweet neighborhood. Loved it!

The perfect place to relax. Great pool on the premises. The kitchen is well-stocked, great contact with the owner. A pebble beach right next to it, you have to drive to the sandy beach. The car will be very useful because it is quite a short walk to larger shops or restaurants. The plaza next door is a nudist beach, so it's interesting with kids;) Overall, we recommend :)

Monika is a really nice host. She was always attentive to everything. The apartment is impeccable and comes with everything that is necessary. We had an amazing time.

The house was ready, all kinds of services inside it, phenomenal cleanliness, amazing views, the pool despite being communal we were alone. Raquel was facilitated, very good and helpful.

I was very happy . David was very nice and always available if you had a question. You could park right in front of the house and the beach and promenade were right around the corner. Thank you so much for everything!!!

We recommend 200/100 this spacious and very clean place. Listing photos are as described. We spent a week there and we were very satisfied. I highly recommend for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host he deserves much more than 5 stars: adorable, listening he ordered us a baby bed and a kettle on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he welcomed us very warmly into his home. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you again so much Roberto and see you soon.

We stayed two couples because the place was close to La Marina and we were perfect for the triathlon we were going to participate in. For us, the proximity to the departure point was fundamental and to be able to change us at the end of the competition. In this aspect, they were very friendly in leaving us the necessary time to shower and pack with peace of mind. 🙂

It has been a luxury to be able to enjoy Luis's house, it is located in a privileged and quiet environment, first line of beach and, although we would have liked that the weather would have accompanied us a little more, we have been able to enjoy a lot of it and the area. Luis has been attentive at all times, has resolved our doubts and provided us with a lot of information about activities and recommendations of all kinds. Definitely recommended 100%.

We spent a few days in this lovely house and our stay was very nice. The accommodation is close to the beach, a supermarket and a 10/15min drive from Valencia. Our host welcomed us with small gifts (water, kinder for children for Easter) which is much appreciated. The place had everything we needed. Thank you for your welcome, we'll keep in touch in case we come back here 😉

A beautiful, cozy house with views and clean. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay there. It's a beautiful place and Galia is a great and super attentive host!

Enric totally lives up to the term Superhost. He provided concise, accurate & prompt communication. We received a warm welcome, in person. The bottle of Cava was a nice touch. Maritime House was exactly, if not better, than described. A tastefully restored building, lots of character, extremely comfortable. Anything you could possibly require, in any home, was provided. Incredible attention to detail. We happened to book our trip to stay for Easter week. We did not realise that the amazing spectacle of the Semana Santa parades would be literally on our doorstep! We had a bird's eye view from the front balcony. I would definitely stay at Enric's again, at any time of year. A short walk to the great beaches. Mercat Cabanyal, the superb La Tahona bakery, & plenty of supermarkets 5 minutes walk or less. Excellent connections to all forms of public transport. A definite thumbs up from our family; kids aged 8 and 10. I cannot fault this property. We wish Enric well.
