This beautiful, rustic home, renovated with an industrial touch, is nestled within the walls of a fisherman’s house from the early 20th century. Located in the historic district of Cabañal, among terraced houses with Levantine architecture facing the sea, this unique property is just a 5-minute walk from Malvarrosa Beach and 15-20 minutes by public transport from downtown Valencia.
