The last 2 years a lot has been renovated: window frames, kitchen, bathroom, 2x air conditioning and stove. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed for children.

It is located in the lower part of the village next to the natural beach of the Júcar River, with mountain views.
