Beachfront holiday rental in Valencia

It was a family trip, everything was super good. Mr. Alfredo super friendly!! We really enjoyed the house with all the comforts you need to have a good vacation, in addition to the balcony facing the beach!! All last! 10/10!!

Perfect stay, in an ideally located apartment, at the foot of the paseo, with stunning views, access to the beach in the blink of an eye, and the pleasant sound of the waves from morning to night! Parking inside the residence is a plus (although availability is "hit or miss"), the location of the apartment allows you to do everything on foot. Laurean and her partner were attentive, caring and responsive, in a clean apartment, comfortable and with all the necessities available. We'll definitely be back!

Angelas place was near beach,had plenty of interior and exterior seating which offered privacy because of screening etc. Lots of nice bedding ,towels etc.Can recommend unoquivically.

I am delighted with the balcony and the views. It was better than I had ever had. The apartment is cozy, clean, but the view from the balcony is better than I expected. I am also delighted with Ferran and his wife — they are lovely, nice, kind people. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, and help. Ferran and will meet you from the station and take you back if you need. He also suggests showing around. The internet in the devices is great, it was important for me to work and no problems. It was uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa, there are springs, but 2 spacious beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. The location of the apartment is excellent: there are 2 small shops nearby. There are large shops a bit further away. There are also many small shops with fruits, household and beach goods, with clothes. Chic promenade, restaurants, bars, ice cream. I'm happy with the place and would like to come back again.

Cozy apartment, very good location and easy communication with the owner. Ideal to go with a pet, the dog beach is just next door.

We had a great time at Ellen’s place. She had thought of everything and made sure we wanted for nothing. Ellen was friendly, helpful, flexible and generous. Everything is as described. We will come back again! Thank you for everything x

Highly recommended! Elena was very friendly and helpful, at a difficult time in Valencia she helped with tips and help! The apartment is definitely worth the money and in summer there is a beach, there is a nice cafe downstairs. The apartment has everything you could need! Absolutely! We were in a car and drove freely to Valencia and Cullera. If you want a pleasant stay in a nice apartment, this is the place for you!

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

We have been very comfortable in the accommodation. Everything is very new and tidy. The beach is very nice and spacious. The area is very quiet. Few restaurants. Many mosquitos.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Very good contact with Rafal. The apartment was clean in a quiet area. A beautiful view of the sea, a long promenade for walking, the proximity of the sea and the possibility of eating meals on the balcony are the great advantages of this place. I highly recommend!

Comfortable house and all together together together together together together together. The only thing we miss is having few basic things, like salt, some extra wc roll (there was only one) but good there is a super close walking and several 5 minutes by car. The beach is nearby and the house is fantastic

Our stay has been good, Salvador is a very clear and communicative owner, he has given us recommendations and was flexible in our entrance and exit upon having the house available. The facilities are correct and the area is unbeatable, the beach is across the street practically and that is appreciated. The only thing we found as negative was that on the ground floor there was an ants nest that affected both the kitchen and one of the rooms, and that the water heater is small compared to the accommodation capacity the property has and makes bathing with hot water difficult. Otherwise everything was perfect, we recommend it.

Very nice place to spend time as a family and enjoy the sea. It is not as touristy as in other nearby areas but it allows you to be without so much burden and it is a good base to visit the area. Highly recommended.

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

At Rosana's, you can feel good! Everything was perfect for our family holiday. The apartment is beautiful, the modern kitchen there is space as on the large terrace with the little extra! The podium with sea view (ideal for morning coffee or a few aperitif beers). A door separates us from the beach is great! There is a very chill & surf atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the easy house To be repeated without hesitating

The house is beautiful and has direct access to the beach which was very rewarding. It is a very relaxed and quiet place. It's hard to get to if you're not driving. The neighborhood does not have many things but, 10min by car there is a very nice center with places to eat and things to do. I recommend it 100% if you are looking for a few days to relax and disconnect from the city.
