Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

Beautiful apartment from 1928, recently renovated. As an architect, I have given it a lot of thought to conserve it taste but yet make it a beautiful place, with all the comfort of a modern house, and the luxury of a small hotel. You can enjoy al fresco in the outdoor patio area. A wall of windows creates a seamless flow between the outside and inside areas. The apartment has a private terrace, and acces to a private building patio, shared with other 3 apartments, with a pool.

A 10-minute walk to the beach Supermarkets, bike rental shops, restaurants ...in its surroundings. Very good communication with the whole city with utilities ,Bus, train, metro,tram Free parking in the area . Nearby parking in Plaza Mercado Cabañal.

Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
