Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

We are located five minutes outside Carcaixent in the quiet foot hills. Valencia airport is 45 minutes away by car and good train connection to Carcaixent. Alicante is 1 hour 15 minutes by car. We do not accept pets on our grounds.
