The design and the qualities it enjoys make it unique. It is a new building located in a strategic area of the emblematic seaside neighbourhood of the city of Valencia. Ideal for teleworking. Guests under the age of 18 are not accepted unless accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay.

We have free lockers. Apartment recently restored in a pedestrian street in the old town. It is in the neighborhood El Carmen. The restoration has been done by hand, respecting the original decoration of the house, built in 1880. Doors, windows, ceiling and floor are original, restored & painted with organic products. The bathroom has been made with natural materials. The bed has 160 x 200 cm with a mattress of anti-allergic natural latex & a sofa-bed.

Es una cómoda planta baja, luminosa y ventilada, ideal para desconectar a pocos pasos del mar.

Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
