Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Valencia

Unfortunately, we only had two days in Gareth's accommodation, but we can recommend it without reservation. The property is very large and quiet and we were able to park our camper van safely. The house itself is as described in the photos/in the listing and nothing is missing. Gareth as a host is particularly positive, who was extremely flexible and always easily accessible at check-in and check-out. We would come back anytime:)

The arrival was very simple and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something 'negative' but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the rating... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put an ice cream in on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon but it wasn't frozen, it was more of a mousse. Even so, it fulfilled its function and I am sure that they will find a solution. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that bothered us, but I wanted to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

We had a lovely stay at Ana’s place. The house is in a rural area in a nice typical Spanish village. To get to the house you have to drive through a small river. A SUV is usefull then. The house has a pool and in the village are 3 bars and a tiny grocery-shop. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive away in Onda. There are some nice walks in the area and the small pool and garden is great!

The stay at the villa was magnificent. The house exceeds all the expectations that the photographs create. It's incredibly more beautiful there than in photos. The sunsets were a luxury. On Friday we were able to use the barbecue overlooking the sea and it was amazing. Having breakfast every day on that terrace with those views filled your spirit. Many thanks to Mario and his wife for always responding so quickly and for their kindness. The house was impeccable and the stay was perfect.

We had a great time at this place! It was clean and in a great location. Angela helped us with everything we needed and always responded very quick and friendly!

This is an amazing apartment that has the wow factor. Perfectly located in the old town, spacious, clean, fantastic AC. I highly recommend booking - you will not be disappointed!

The apartment was as described, location right at the beach which is a dream. Very nice opportunities to sit outside, either on the private balcony or on the rooftop. It is shared but each apartment has their own space. It was also clean. A car is absolutely necessary. The next supermarket is around 5 minutes by car but walking would be really far, as the apartment is located in a small village. Would absolutely recommend, just be aware that you will require a car and there is not much around. However great apartment for relaxing, enjoying the beach especially for a family

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights. Maria's place is really something special. It is comfortably furnished with a beautiful little courtyard with remarkable plants and an incredibly comfortable bed. There was nothing missing. Maria and her partner themselves were very warm and welcoming. Even when our flight was delayed and they had to wait for us, that was no problem and they even took us to a small bar around the corner, where we could still get a delicious Serrano sandwich and end the evening with a drink for two. The area is very quiet and beautifully located and not at all touristy in the best sense. You can get a cortado for 1.30 euros in the café around the corner and otherwise you get everything you need in small shops. At the same time, you can reach the Valencian Old Town in a short time by Metro 2 if you want sightseeing and hustle and bustle. We will be back! Clear recommendation!

we felt super comfortable in the house and Eslida. really nice was also the visit to the mini-supermercado around the corner. at night we heard a nightingale sing.

Comfortable house and all together together together together together together together. The only thing we miss is having few basic things, like salt, some extra wc roll (there was only one) but good there is a super close walking and several 5 minutes by car. The beach is nearby and the house is fantastic

The property is extensive, quiet and very homely. Easy to relax and chill out by the pools while the barbecue smokes away. Juan was a welcoming host and we would not hesitate to recommend a stay there.

We had a great time at the property of Manuela & Thomas. With 3 adults and one toddler there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy both inside and outdoors. I think the pictures of the listing speak for themselves; the property has great amenities all around, it's impossible to get enough of that view and in the evening the only thing you could hear were birds chirping peacefully outside. This place has everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday. Absolutely recommended and we hope to return one day.

stunning views, awesome pool, Oranges everywhere. we stayed in April and the orange blossoms smelled amazing. the house has everything you need and more. 10/10 if you want to spend the weekend with a view and good friends

A wonderful house with a beautiful large garden. Exceptionally clean throughout. The dressing table for ladies to do hair and make-up was much appreciated! It's a luxury that you don’t always find in holiday homes! Gabriel was absolutely brilliant. Always helping in any way he could. Constant communication and advice. Very friendly and it is very clear that Gabriel cares deeply about his home. We had a lovely relaxing break and enjoyed our stay. The pool was rather cold but that was due to the time of year and May being so early on in the season. We cannot thank Gabriel enough for everything and for looking after us so well. The nicest, friendliest and most helpful host we have ever met. THANK YOU so much Gabriel.

impeccable stay: spacious and very complete house, superb pool, very pleasant and quiet environment and above all Susan very friendly and available while being discreet. a special mention for the squirrels that we already miss.

A really lovely place. Lidia was an incredibly kind and helpful host. She went out of her way to accomodate us and our kids. Her daughter was also very responsive and helpful during our stay whenever we had any questions.
