Holiday rentals with a patio in Umhausen

Beautifully furnished chalet with wonderful views. The apartment is spacious, superbly equipped and in an absolutely quiet location. The perfect place for a wonderful relaxing vacation. In addition, the host is friendly, helpful and always responsive. We will definitely come back.

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and very comfortable. The view is spectacular and hosts are super friendly. We stayed 4 nights and we drove to many places in the Dolomites.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. We had a nice experience. The view is amazing and amidst nature. The proximity to Innsbruck makes it comfortable for a day trip. The bathrooms are renovated and spacious, on the other hand bedrooms make squeaky noise as one walks, due to old wooden flooring (something for light sleepers). The house is also well equipped with all appliances. The kitchen, dining, and living room make it cozy and open. Overall recommended.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

The house and surroundings are beautiful. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The host’s were friendly, responsive, and helpful. They were 6 of us on business trip and we all hope to come back with our families!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

We just felt comfortable! The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. Everything you need is there! Plenty of room for two. The many windows and the protected balcony make the attic apartment bright and friendly. Despite snow and low temperatures, we were able to sit on the balcony in the sun at times. The contact was prompt and friendly before and during the arrival. And… Simone surprised us with tangerines and nuts. The apartment was perfect for us

We had a great stay, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are very small, but it fits two people. The area is nice and quiet and good for activities in the mountains. Thank you for the nice stay 😊

I felt very comfortable in Gabi's accommodation. The bathroom is great, the view is great and the mattresses also suited my taste. Even the TV is outstanding for a holiday apartment. The kitchen is small but nice, everything necessary was available to cook something quickly in the evening. Regarding the location, you have to be aware that a main artery passes by the bedroom. If you can only sleep with the window open, you may have to help a little with earplugs. None of that bothered me. If you've been hiking all day, you'll sleep like a log in the evening anyway. The advantage of the location is that you can reach the bus stop after only about 100 m. I highly recommend the apartment and would come back anytime.
