In the quiet village centre of Haiming, on the 1st floor of our large, older house, we have 3 bedrooms 1 dining room 1 Kitchen 1 bathroom 1 toilet, tastefully decorated. At the entrance to the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 12 or 3 minutes on foot) and by car (parking at the house). Innsbruck and all the leisure activities in this region are very well connected. Farm shops and bakeries are around the corner 5-minute walk to BILLA, the post office, the pharmacy and the butcher's in the village.

Wonderfully situated chalet in the Alps

At the moment (October 2026) the minimum number of nights is 10 because we are offering a Christmas and New Year's stay. As soon as it is booked for 2026/27, we will change the minimum number of nights back to 4. Perfect for those looking for an independent accommodation that is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. It's located in the wonderful village of Fendels (1400 m asl) which has a skiing and sleighing paradise in the winter and an excellent walking destination in the summer and autumn!
