This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

The free ski bus takes you to all the top ski resorts in the Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl and the Hochoetz family ski resort). The starting point for the cross-country ski trail, as well as restaurants and a small supermarket, are all within walking distance.

We are located on a plateau surrounded by meadows and forests above Oetz in the Ötztal and are the starting point for wonderful hikes. Lake Piburg is a 20-minute walk away. Right next to us there is a natural pond with extensive sunbathing lawns. Area47 is also only 4 km away. Canyoning, biking, tennis, paragliding, ... The Hochötz ski arena can be reached from us in 6 minutes by car. Kühtai, Sölden or Obergurgl are also nearby.
