The farm was restored with a lot of love, the old preserved and combined with today's. "The luxury of simplicity" is the credo of our listed farm. Generations have left their mark on the walls of the Ögg Höfe. What has survived for centuries has now been faithfully renovated with attention to detail and placed under protection as a cultural monument. Separated only by a glass pane, the panorama of the Alps opens up and lets you experience the taste of authenticity.

The "Apart Bergzeit" is only 2 minutes away from the famous "Benni - Raich Bridge." The heart of the accommodation is the cozy living room with the tiled stove, which can also be used. The apartment is very spacious, located on the ground floor, and is equipped with everything. We are very centrally located, amidst several ski areas. Also very beautiful in summer for hiking, you can expect an idyllic mountain backdrop with many culinary huts. Pure relaxation.

The Hochötz ski resort is just 6 minutes away by car and other ski resorts are nearby, as well as a free ski bus.
