Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the house. Everything you need for daily life and more was available. We went on many excursions, and on every mountain plateau there was something for children to discover, e.g. the Murmelpark, which is a large water playground. The Hochzeiger is very close and there is also a great water park. We also hiked the Stuibenfall and there were also many paths for our bikes. All excursion destinations are very easy to reach and a dream for children (and adults) Great hospitality. We'll be back.

The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply set up for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

Everything worked out great. The space was clean and exactly as described. We arrived with one person less and got the difference refunded without any problems. Really great! The mother even helped us with some oil and butter. Thank you very much for this :-)

The accommodation is very idyllically located and has an incredible view of the mountains. There was a good basic equipment in the cottage & we could turn on the wood stove in the evening, which was very cozy. Eric was super friendly and also gave us recommendations for hiking trails. Overall, we had a really nice weekend :)

We had a great time in Obsteig. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you need. Because it is located in the basement, it is of course a little darker, but it is nice and cool in summer temperatures. The family hotel, which is about 5 minutes away, is particularly noteworthy. My kids loved the play barn and the swimming pool. Without exception, all employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating when answering questions. We will be happy to come back!

We liked the lovingly designed farmhouse very much. It was rustic and very cozy. Many loving and authentic details have rounded off the ambience. The beautifully landscaped garden also invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Kristin is a great host who has always been friendly and helpful to all concerns.

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on holiday together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighbouring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he refunded us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Elisabeth and Michele are ideal host and wife. They are always available if you have a question and are very jovial. Although they also live in the house, you feel sufficiently private. Very large apartment with nice spacious kitchen (with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, herbs, ...), cozy living room, 2 bedrooms (each with shower), heated space for the ski equipment. The beautiful view and proximity to the ski slopes complete it. We recommend this apartment!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Kappl! The home was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The pool area was truly a highlight—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. everything was perfect. Beautiful apartment in Tiefenbach near Oberstdorf. The apartment has a perfectly equipped kitchen and a nice little balcony with mountain views. It is very cozy and tastefully decorated. The apartment was also very clean and the hostess was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very clean and modern. We felt right at home. Jade and Ingo are great, likeable hosts. For us and our dogs, the garden and the proximity to the forest/proximity to the hiking trails were optimal. Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. All in all we had a very nice, relaxed stay and will certainly be very happy to come back.

There were four of us for a ski weekend in Frieda's place. We enjoyed it very much: By car, the Kühtai ski resort can be reached in about 30 minutes and in the evening we could cook together and sit together comfortably in the accommodation. We had to get salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, but otherwise there was nothing missing in the kitchen for cooking. Communication with Frieda was always friendly and fast. We can definitely recommend the place.

A lovely, spacious, and fully furnished apartment in the heart of Ötztal. Many shops are within walking distance, including supermarkets, a drugstore, and more. It's also easy to reach various hiking and via ferrata routes by car. A free parking spot is available right next to the house. Finn and his family have been incredibly kind and helpful — we felt very welcomed during our stay. Thank you and wish you all the best!

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

My sons (25 and 13) and I used and enjoyed the apartment during our ski vacation. We would come back any time and were totally thrilled with the location, the amenities and Marcel's open, friendly and courteous manner. Simply great!
