Holiday rentals with a patio in Imst District

Thomas’s place was amazing!! Everything was very new, clean, and the views were stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking, the fireplace was lovely, the decks (there are 2!) were amazing to relax on and even have dinner as there was a new grill, table, and full sets dining ware for eating outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Only hard part was finding the place as you need to go up the steep road listed on the address and take a left that is not marked (and feels like you’re driving off the side of the road the first time). I will go back and hopefully bring more guests as Thomas finishes another sleeping room!

The apartment is really beautiful and has a great view of the mountains. Especially on the balcony, you can relax from everyday life. Veronika was super friendly and gave us helpful tips for the region. Really a great place for a getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment itself is beautiful, the location is perfect to get into nature and the city and the apartment was also very very clean. We were particularly pleased with the good facilities in the kitchen and the terrace overlooking the mountains. Renate is extremely friendly and accommodating and we were able to enjoy our weekend wonderfully. We couldn't have done better - thank you very much!

We had a great time with the family on a ski vacation. The ski bus is easy and quick to reach and there are plenty of opportunities to eat/shop nearby. Even non-skiers got their money's worth, as there are numerous hiking trails in the valley. Only a real ski room was missing, the room is unfortunately not heated, so the equipment is sometimes not thawed at night.

The apartment was furnished to a high standard, stylish and very well equipped – we really enjoyed cooking ourselves. The view from the kitchen and balcony was simply fantastic! The entire residential complex was well maintained and quiet, the location central and safe. Everything you need was nearby: supermarkets, nice cafes within walking distance and many beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, all instructions were clear, feedback came quickly. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation and a big thank you to Marco as host. :)

Great hosts with lovely modern apartment. I used the apartment as a central base for a Ski trip. Very easy to get around with a car but train station is also close. Would recommend the hosts as very friendly and responsive.

This is truly a gem! A beautiful spacious house with no (direct) neighbors for our party of six people and one dog. Everything was available and everything was thought of. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant, both before, during and after the stay. The view is awesome: unobstructed view towards the mountains. And at night a starry sky in clear weather. A slopes are close by, although we did not use it. We drove 30/45 minutes to ski locations higher up because of the little snow this year. There were 2 swings and a slide at the house. Our children gratefully made use of this. In the hotel next door you can also eat delicious food (tip). For this kind of fantastic places, I'm on Airbnb.

The five of us felt very comfortable and had plenty of space. The hostess even came by with flowers for her birthday, very nice and accommodating. The booking and check-in was very easy and pleasant. The location was perfect as a starting point for climbing tours and hikes! And when can you have breakfast with a view of the mountains? Had a great time!

The house is beautifully situated in the scenic Otztal Valley, with hiking routes within walking distance and many attractions just a short drive away. The house was clean, fully equipped, and had a yard with sports facilities that the kids really enjoyed. Melanie and her children were wonderful hosts. We can't wait to return in the winter to experience the valley from a different perspective.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. The residence in the Ötztal is the ideal accommodation for travelling groups who are active during the day and then want to end the evening together in the accommodation. The converted barn with sauna and table is perfect for beautiful evenings and the stove conjures up a cosy atmosphere! We will be back!

Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

I was in Rietz (near Innsbruck) from 06/06 to 08/06/2025 and had a wonderful stay. David was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host, the communication was warm and uncomplicated from the beginning. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a holiday.

We just felt comfortable! The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. Everything you need is there! Plenty of room for two. The many windows and the protected balcony make the attic apartment bright and friendly. Despite snow and low temperatures, we were able to sit on the balcony in the sun at times.
