Holiday rentals with beach access in Tyrolean Oberland

We had a very great week in Scuol and felt very comfortable in the accommodation. We were able to reach the ski resort, as well as the mineral bath Bogn Engiadina on foot. We can only recommend both skiing in Scuol and relaxing in the mineral bath.

Beautiful apartment where nothing is missing, very close to the village and yet a bit outside. Very good communication with Federico, very quick to respond. We felt at home. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for the good service.

It was a lovely, light and spacious apartment close to the center. Above all, it was very clean and well appointed. Was a really good place, thank you Franziska!

Apartment was very spacious, private parking space in front of the door. with a very complete inventory. Kitchen is cramped, but everything is present. Key had to be picked up elsewhere,was neatly in a safe box ready for us. Small supermarket within walking distance, with daily fresh bread. Ski slope and golf course also nearby, about 3 min by car.

Very fast and good communication, the apartment is within walking distance of the train station and restaurants. Would book the apartment again.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We spent a week vacation in the attic apartment as a family with an infant and grandparents. The apartment had three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The place was nicely decorated and clean. In the small house there are other apartments that were also rented out during the period. We hardly ever heard of the other guests in the house itself. The grounds are very well maintained and invites you to play, rest and linger with a view of the mountains. There is a corner for barbeque, a beautiful swimming pond, a swing and a trampoline. Paths for hiking and walking can be found right outside the door. We would like to mention the hospitality of the family in a particularly positive way. We were warmly and warmly welcomed by the small and large family members, so we felt right at home. We'll be back – thank you

Beautiful and spacious chalet in the middle of Scuol, the rooms are large, the 5 beds very comfortable. This wooden chalet is subtly renovated, it feels like home! Everything is within walking distance (thermal baths, train station, shops, restaurants, hikes, etc.). The welcome is adorable and very responsive, we will be back!!

We had a very nice stay and will be back. The house is very comfortable, in excellent condition, very clean and well-equipped. Quiet place at the top of Scuol with magnificent views. Start hiking behind the house, access to the train and gondola in 10 minutes and to the city center in 15 minutes. The area is beautiful and the hiking opportunities countless.

Hassle-free check-in, sparkling clean house. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. We especially enjoyed the evenings at the Swedish stove. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful house with all amenities needed. Near to the main street of Scuol and to restaurants as well as grocery shopping. Would come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the flat has been done to a very high standard and is very well equipped with everything you need. Barbara was very kind and helped to make our Christmas break feel very special. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great house for our family with some friends in a beautiful location. The seaside resort and jetty is within 5 minutes walking distance. Michaela is a very good host, offers answers to questions and otherwise leaves you "alone" There were a total of eight adults there; with more people it gets "cuddly", at the bathrooms, for showering you have to organize, but this was no problem for us. The kitchen and parlor offer everything you need with several people for a cozy get-together. We will definitely be back.

Great house in a quiet position, overlooking the mountains and the lake. Village shop within walking distance for rolls and the most necessary groceries. Plenty of space for 10 guests and three bathrooms. The kitchen equipment leaves no requests open. Terrace and balconies on each level. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is small but nice. Perfectly decorated, offers plenty of storage space and contains everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would book Elena's apartment again.

We loved everything about this place! Such a fantastic little town on a scenic lake. We swam one evening, dined at a local restaurant another evening, walked to the bakery one morning, utilized the hiking trails to see Lainbach Falls, and were within reasonable driving distance for day trips to Berchtesgaden and Neuschwanstein Castle, which is what brought us to the area. The condo itself was also perfect for our family of five. We utilized the kitchen to make some of our own meals, had coffee on the balcony every morning, and the space was clean and comfortable with pleasant decor. Communication with the host was great too! Not sure if I’ll ever be back in the area, but if I am, I’d stay here!

We spent a 5-day holiday here with our little daughter. There was a cot and a high chair. The kitchen had the essentials, and we were able to cook a delicious meal every day. For this, we sat comfortably outside on the terrace overlooking the mountains. Since we don't have a car, the location was very important to us. That was perfect too. You can get to the lake very quickly on foot. Playgrounds are not far away and there are even bus stops nearby, so we could do a lot. Overall, we enjoyed it very much!!

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.
