The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. The apartment is a spacious 1-room loft (41 m²) with unobstructed panoramic views. At the end of August, it will be renovated and transformed into a modern 2-room apartment. It features a high-quality box-spring sofa bed, open-plan kitchen/living room, luxurious bathroom, and a sleeping area with a box-spring bed. An outdoor parking space is included.

The Hochoetz ski region is 10 minutes (free ski bus) and a toboggan run is 100 meters from the house. Highlights include the feel-good bedrooms with panoramic views, the 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), the new kitchen, underfloor heating, the spacious garden area with terrace and the location on the upper edge of the village (without through traffic), which allows hikes/bike tours from the house.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.
