Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. Klais is located at about 940 meters above NN. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend summer, as well as winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course also classical skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in between 10 and 20 minutes. All bus and train journeys are free with the guest card.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. Our old Austrian house in the traditional Austrian Village of Pettneu is located 10 minutes from the international area of St Anton. This room is located on the top floor in the corner and the view is east. It is perfectly comfortable for 2 people, and has a separate bathroom with shower (by this I mean En Suite) We provide a daily breakfast between 0730 and 0900.
