On the same floor you will find a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski basement with ski boot dryers. There is also a laundry room and a sauna, which can be used in consultation. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

Apartment Schulzimmer is situated in the historic Moarhaus Chalet next to Castle Saalhof and our farm. It used to be a classroom 100 years ago. It is situated in the ground floor and completely wheelchair accessible. Apartment Schulzimmer offers a double room and a kitchen with sofa which can be converted into a double bed 165 x 200 cm. Enclosed is our big garden with playground. Lake Zell and the ski resort Saalbach are only 10 minutes away.

Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.
