The Hochoetz ski resort, connected to the Kühtai resort, is 2 km away, Sölden can be reached in 30 minutes or you can use the free ski bus in front of the building. The south-facing location guarantees a gentle awakening by the first rays of sun & sun until the evening hours. The small mountain stream on the property invites you to linger by the campfire until night. 90 m² freshly renovated, new furniture & high-quality kitchen equipment leave nothing to be desired. Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.
