Als wir vor vielen Jahren erstmals an diesem Ort mitten im Wanderparadies waren, ist es sofort um uns geschehen: der Geruch nach Naturwiese, die Ruhe des Waldes, Natur pur, die Ski- und Rodelpiste in unmittelbarere Nähe. Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet. In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
