Hiking and mountain bike trails, as well as cross-country skiing routes, pass by the property. Two draglifts and one baby lift add a touch of retro charm. The village inn is right next door. Incredibly beautiful and authentic!

In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden away and can be reached via a short gravel road. The car park is right in front of the house.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

In the Superior Suite with mountain view category, a 70 m² apartment for up to six people with two separate bedrooms, king-size double beds and a spacious living-dining area awaits you. The apartment also has a full kitchen with seating area, two luxurious bathrooms with oversized showers and a modern infrared cabin. A 20 m² terrace invites you to an outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. Double room with toilet and shower, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the double room, there is a small fridge, coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and flatware as a small starting aid for the day.
