Beachfront cottage in Trelleborg/Böste

Cabin on large plot only 150 meters from the sea with proximity to the sandy beach and swimming jetty (May-Sept). The cottage is 30 square meters and consists of living room including smaller kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub. There is also a sleeping loft with two more sleeping places. Outside the cabin is a barbecue and small dining area. I do not have a cleaning fee, and therefore I wish you to leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived. If you want help with this, please let me know before arrival.

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guest house you have everything you need for vacation or just a bed for the night. Here there is tranquility in the countryside but there are short distances to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed but we can bed with extra mattresses for up to 4. Note: The upper floor is a sleeping loft with a rather narrow and steep staircase. Private patio and shared garden with the host. Welcome❤️

Nice small cottage/guest house of 25 sqm with its own patio and parking. Since it is open up in the large room, it gives a spacious feeling. Distance: • The coastline is 200 meters from the house and to the sea bath “Pearl” with jetty & sandy beach it is 800 m. • Bathing jetty suitable for evening and morning dips about 400 m. • Grocery 300 m • Beddinge classes approx. 500 m • Beddinge Golfklubb approx. 700 m. • Mini golf approx. 700 m. • Restaurant and pizzerias about 700 m • Bus stop approx. 500 m

Just outside Trelleborg we rent out our guesthouse of 25sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to nearest beach and grocery store. 6km to Trelleborg center. Close to nature, cozy and quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is extra mattress and couch. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea maker are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down on the property and there is parking available for guests.
