Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy second! You live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a dead end. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished hallway, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. WC, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of cooking plates, a microwave and a coffee maker.

With direct proximity to Ystad, Mossbystrand and Svarte, you are close to fantastic beaches. Nearby we have charming Österlen with several excursions and experiences. Grandma's Cabin

Grandma's Cottage is a quiet green oasis to be enjoyed by family and friends! The house is located in a forest clearing next to the Svarteån river that winds down to Lake Skönadalssjön. After that, it flows further into the sea by Svarte. On Svarte's sandy beach you find a pier and a Beach Café where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a yummy ice cream or a lovely dinner at sunset. The cottage is located near Österlen where there is much to discover, for example Ystad Djurpark and Ales Stenar.

The Log Cabin

En svensk Logcabin, efter förebild från Colorado. Sitt på den klassiska verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i by. Bra kommunikationer. Järnvägen ligger mycket nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Vid behov av fler sängplatser finns en lägenhet att hyra i anslutande byggnad. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är absolut förbjudet!

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Detta lilla mysiga, fräscha boende med tillgång till egen matplats ute x 2 ligger nära stan, skogen och stranden. Närheten till Trelleborgs hamn gör boendet populärt för resande till-och ifrån kontinenten. Egen parkering finns. Stadskärnan med bio, restauranger, padelbanor och butiker ligger en kort promenad bort. Lokalbuss precis utanför tomten. Fr Trbgs centralstation tar du dig snabbt m tåg el buss till bl.a Malmö o Kphmn. 10 min gång till golfbana.

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 3 bed rooms, as the pictures show, and has got all facilities like washing machine, TV, wifi, air condition and a large living room. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Skarviken is an old fishing village, located west of Ystad. The property has mile-wide views of the sea from all windows and terraces. Here you will find pure enjoyment and relaxation for the soul and time to hang out with family and friends in company of nature's pristine elements. Walk, cook or invite your girlfriend for a champagne breakfast at the water's edge… The big city of Copenhagen is just over an hour train ride away!
