Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tampa Bay

What can we say, this is our third time staying at Blue Agave, in a row. The space has always been a welcoming reprieve from our Northwoods winters. Easily the most iconic space we've ever had the pleasure of staying. 5 minutes from the beach, sunsets are amazing, walking in the mornings and evenings! Publix and CVS are nearby, some decent coffee shops too. Not far from Arts District. Pro-tip: The YMCA at Bardmoor, 13 minutes away, and you can get a family pass for the week for $60! Also, vegans, Good Intentions, a wonderful restaurant in St. Petersburg is only 13 miles away! Alex and Alex are wonderful hosts, you can't go wrong staying here.

Ashley’s place is lovely. Spotless, house, beautifully decorated, relaxing porch, pool and fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The location is great in a peaceful neighborhood and close to everything- grocery story, breakfast, and not a far drive from the ballpark for some Spring Training games. The location is convenient to Clearwater, beaches, St. Pete’s, Tampa. It was an excellent, relaxing trip. We would recommend this house and would love to stay here again. Ashley, was very responsive and friendly.

The boys had an amazing weekend celebrating here. Accommodations were fantastic and the host was responsive. Location good to get around all major areas of Tampa and st. Pete. 5/5 would recommend to anyone

We chose the “Canalfront Home with Large Pool” at Apollo Beach because we were a group of 8, including 4 children. What a great choice it was! The neighborhood seemed very safe, and we allowed our 15-year-old granddaughter to go running by herself every morning. The living area of the house was a large open area which included the living room, dining room, and kitchen, with plentiful cooking and serving equipment. There were also 7 large-screen TVs. The pool was the big draw. The water temperature was perfect even on the cool mornings. The lanai area around it was fantastic--complete with grill and firepit! The canals made a great place for the kids and adults to kayak safely. (2 kayaks were provided.) Most importantly, Michael, the host, was very responsive to our needs. If a problem arose, he quickly set about helping to resolve it. All in all, we would give the “Canalfront Home with Large Pool” at Apollo Beach our highest recommendation.

We had 13 girls stay at Beverly’s and there was plenty of space. The pool was clean and had lots of chairs around. There’s plenty to walk to but also a quick uber to downtown St. Pete and Tampa. She answered any and all questions, and so quickly! Highly recommend saying here with your girlfriends☺️

We really enjoyed Gwen’s place! It was a short walk to a really great breakfast spot. The place was cozy and suited our needs. Gwen and Rick were very responsive and helpful. We left to drive to our next destination and Rick shared the local weather with us so we didn’t have to drive into a storm. Awesome hosts, great place! We will return!

Monica’s place was a good stay for us who were down the street from Raymond James Stadium. The location was good and could sleep 5-6 people comfortably. The location is right off a busy street so somewhat loud at night but otherwise a great stay

Great stay. Really appreciated the attention to details. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom amenities- like the "Squatty Potty" were quite helpful and accommodating. I appreciated the filtered water- that was great! Not to mention the fans in the bedroom helped me fix my white noise problem. I'd definitely stay there again and really enjoyed this Airbnb. My one tip would be to replace the bench outside. While it was useful for Doordash to use to drop off any orders, I wanted to sit on it while waiting for an Uber but realized it would have broken if I did because it wasn't sturdy. Other than that, a nice stay that I will most likely rent again.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 days and have no complaints. The Airbnb was very clean and neat when we had arrived. The surrounding area had lots to do and made for a great weekend. This location also makes for a very easy commute to Clearwater beach. The only down side is the view from the Airbnb. If you are looking for a spot with a view this is not it. But if that does not bother you I would 100% recommend. The hosts were very responsive and respectful. Overall was a fantastic time and place to stay.

What a nice place to stay. The location was excellent for the places we were going to visit. Nice off street parking and David was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Everything you might need is there.

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Chad’s condo was very nice and so clean. The beds were comfortable. We had no problems. Chad was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded. The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up. There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need. There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside. We washed clothes several times during the week. Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.

We loved this place and the location was great. We initially had problems with the WiFi but Alexandra and her husband fixed them right away with a new router. We didn’t have any problems at all after that. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.
