House holiday rentals in Tampa Bay

Lots of different areas to hang out. Movie room was my fav and the video games. The house could be a little updated but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks again!

Perfect venue for us to stay while our son was staying with his baseball teammates for a March break spring training trip. Lots of posted instructions for things like appliances and garbage disposal so no guess work needed. Beautiful backyard area and pool that we couldn’t swim in because it was just a tad too chilly out during our stay. Spacious place for a group of four or more with nearby amenities like grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away.

We stayed here right after Hurricane Helene for work, had to evacute for Milton, and then came back. Mark and his crew was amazing from start to finish in accommodations and communication.

Perfect location from what we need to be. We went to reggae rise up so it was in vinoy park. away from traffic but close enough to the beach, vinoy park, close to food spots, grocery stores. the back yard was a cool set up. hot tub was awesome. I'd rent this place again. we even tidied up a little before we left. treated it as if it was our own home. even our dog, who is a American bull dog was comfortable and had plenty of running space! used the pool minimum because we got back so late and it was chilly out. so the hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking.

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

Excellent location! Great neighborhood for walking and running. The bird sanctuary was a cool feature in the backyard. Our kids loved the pool (note it's not heated but they didn't care.) There are plenty of plates/cups/cook utensils and if TVs are your thing, there are 5 of them. Most of the beds are comfortable. Everything worked as expected and it was a bonus to be able to park in the garage and keep our car safe on NYE :)

We absolutely loved our stay in this house!! Our main priority was separate bedrooms for our teenage son and our preteen daughter to have their own space and this house was perfect!! The rooms were very good size and the master bed/bath was HUGE!!! The beds were very comfy and we loved that the fridge had ice and a water dispenser! We had a little hiccup when originally checking into the house with the passcode not working, but Hannah responded to my message almost immediately, even with it being late at night, and got us into the house in no time!! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip down to Tampa!!

We had a great stay at Karina’s place. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4 with 2 young adult children. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Loved the closeness to walk to Walmart. Absolutely everything we wanted and needed. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Tampa!

We had a fantastic week at this house! We all felt right at home when we walked in the door. The house had everything you could possibly need - we loved using the bikes, the beach chairs, the umbrellas, etc. when we were on the go. The pool and patio area was such a great hang-out spot once we were done at the beach, or when the beach got too windy! We couldn't have asked for a better time and location on AMI. We would love to stay here again - Weldon was a GREAT host who was so responsive and helpful prior to and throughout our stay. All of us who made the trip highly recommend booking this house for your next trip to AMI!

Kim and Bob’s place was exactly what we was looking for. My family of 6 stayed here, 3 older teenage sons and 1 toddler son. There was plenty of room and space for us all. We all loved the house. There is plenty of yard space to enjoy and also a nice roomy patio area around the pool. Kim and Bob were both great host and very responsive to any questions we had before, during and after our trip. Everything in the details was exact. We always pack extra beach towels and toiletries but that was not necessary here, they had plenty of beach and bathing towels and toiletries. The propane tank to the grill was low, enough fuel to cook on at least one time, I asked them where I should exchange at, like I’ve had to do at other air bnb’s or vrbo’s they insisted that I didn’t and dropped one off that evening for us. The house itself was very clean. It is nearby plenty of stores and restaurants all within a few minutes. Plenty of beaches within 10-15 minute drives. We will definitely stay again.

This place really started to feel like home as we have rented long term for the last I believe, four years. We knew we could get in our car and get to the beach, eat out or visit friends because everything was nearby. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare most of our meals. I loved that we had access to a washer and dryer and the back yard was very inviting just to sit in the sun. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns too. Cute place! Place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and comfortable. Easy to find and in peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for families or groups of 2-4 people. Ashlee was a great host and very responsive. I made the mistake of leaving a small bag behind and she worked with me to get it returned - thanks so much Ashlee I appreciate you!

Beautiful home and gorgeous location, we enjoyed the use of pool & golf cart. Host thought of many small things that made a big difference. Would recommend to others for great stay

This was our second time staying at the Strawberry Stilt house! We loved it both times. Right off of Hwy 60 so it is easy to find. Only about 6-7 miles to several grocery store choices. Joseph keeps it nice and clean too! Loved having the big washer and dryer combo! It's the perfect extra that kept us in clean clothes. Big spacious walk around yard for our dog, plus sidewalks on US 60. Complete kitchen with comfortable bar-style seating. 2 tv's available. Joseph is quick to text back answers to my questions. You will enjoy staying in his guest house!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The pool was large and the outdoor patio area was lovely. The home was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Would love to return.

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

I would recommend this place. The home resembles the pictures online. It was clean, quiet and very close to the beaches. Yaquelin was very responsive and accommodating! I would stay here again. Thank you Yaquelin!!!

When our crew of 4 arrived at The Big House for our 11 days stay, we were welcomed with messages and very tasty rum cakes. We felt comfortable right away in the house and in the quiet neighbourhood. The Big House is perfectly named. The house is very spacious for 2 couples to feel they have their own space and privacy. The beds are really comfortable and the warm living room has lots of furniture for everyone. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with any utensils or appliances needed to cook wonderful meals. Great to have a laundry area too. Lynne has gone above and beyond providing anything you may need for your stay. Lynne is an excellent communicator. She answered all our messages quickly and kept us in the loop on everything. We took her suggestion to go to PJs Oyster Bar for dinner one night and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We all agree we had a wonderful stay in The Big House. If we are in Largo again, it will be the place we want to be.

Finding the house was very easy. Unlocking the door was very easy. Locking the door from the outside took a few tries to get the deadbolt in position. The house was very nice and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Master bedroom was nice, but the electric outlets were difficult to get find. Outside needs a little love but overall in good shape and well landscaped. Inside decor was very Florida outdoorsy/surfer with some really interesting decor to look at and a cool hightop table to eat at. Taylor was a very good and responsive host. Had the house ready early and even let me stay a little later if needed. Checkout list was super easy to do. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying again.
