Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Tampa Bay

Tom’s place was easy to find and in a great location. Downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island were less than 15 minutes away. Tom was super proactive in providing all the information we needed for our stay. He was super helpful and responded quickly to questions when I reached out. The Airbnb was clean and clutter free. It was spacious and the snacks he provided were well utilized. The hot tub was clean and was the perfect addition to the house. Overall a great place for a quick weekend trip.

This was my first time at an Airbnb and I have heard of bad stories from friends but this was not the case everything was great as advertised!

We were looking for the right place to have a wonderful time with getting family together. This was the place. It had a great pool, wonderful sauna, and a large dining room where we could all get together to eat. Naomi was super responsive, helpful and solving some things that came up. One of the best hosts we had. Highly recommend this place and her hospitality!

We spent 10 days in Sara's house with my family and our stay was great! Sara's place is comfortable, clean and fully corresponding to the description. The equipments are complete and the outside on the canal is lovely and secured for the kids. The location is ideal, near of all the best places to visit (Honeymoon Island, Tarpon, Starkey Park, etc). We strongly recommend Sara's home!

Exactly like pictures - just beautiful setting. Well supplied with all we needed. Screened in pool was just right size to enjoy a quick dip, outside table great for relaxing, food, and games.

Very nice house. Every room had different beach theme. I spoke with her several times before rental times. She made sure there were cake pans for a birthday. She made it our stay easy. Would recommend this place.

Perfect stay Trysten’s place was super nice and clean it was an awesome weekend with my friends and his communication is amazing and will walk you through every process definitely worth the stay and would 100% book again.

My stay here was so phenomenal. I don't think the experience can ever be topped. The view from the balcony and the nightlife on the day-to-day is something that if you're a people person who likes to relax it's literally the perfect combination. The kitchen is beautiful. The apartment itself is straight from a Pinterest board and it looks like that in real life in the bed is like sleeping in a cloud that God just crafted five seconds ago I'm telling you I'm not being dramatic. It's really how amazing this place is Highly highly highly recommend cannot wait to book again.

This place was exactly what we needed while we vacated our home due to construction. We were able to bring our dog and he was comfortable. The place was very clean and had everything equipped for a short or long term stay. The hosts were very responsive and even allowed me to check in quite a bit earlier when something unexpected came up. Would highly recommend for utility, function and host responsiveness.

So far we’ve kept extending. It’s been a great place and close enough to walk to restaurants and the beach without being right on the main streets

This is our 2nd time staying at this unit and we love it! It’s the perfect size for 2 people and perfect location. We love how close it is to all of our favorite places and the beach. It’s always clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

It’s a great time if you want a relaxed weekend near the beach

We had an incredible week in this condo! The home had everything we needed and more. The beach accessories were a nice surprise. The location can’t be beat. Not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. We would love to come back again.

I loved this condo! Beautiful, inviting and comfortable. My favorite way to start and end my day was on the balcony, so peaceful. Sunrise was simply stunning. Everything was thought of and provided for an easy start. From small toiletries to dishwasher tablets and even a few laundry pods! There was also a cabinet full of spices and a few basics in the pantry. Easy walk to the beach or restaurants. who could ask for more?!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is steps from the beach, close to the downtown area but far enough away for it to be quiet at night. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to make meals at the condo. Very clean, updated decor, open floor plan and 2 bathrooms. Would recommend.

This condo was perfect! It was our second stay in Madeira Beach. The unit was beautifully updated. The only downfall was the construction going on outside. The doors were being installed and the workers didn’t keep the entryways clear, plus we saw two of the workers get into a fist fight right in front of us. All temporary things and doesn’t reflect the condo we stayed in at all.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We did not need to bring anything except sunscreen. 10000/10 recommend!

Our stay at Evolve’s Indian Shores Condo was outstanding: It had everything we needed to relax in a beautifully decorated beach front home that was safe and secure. Three generations of my family enjoyed it. My husband and I were married 62 years. He went to his heavenly home in September 2024. This trip helped me to grieve and remember the wonderful man he was and start my new journey in life. I will always remember him. I recommend Evolve and this location to others. Our family loved staying at this beautiful vacation home. It was so new and modern. The split floor plans is a very attractive feature for us, and also having the extra half bath. The master bedroom was spacious and the en-suite luxurious. Every detail was high end and well planned. Example, every bed had night tables on both sides giving private space to each guest…awesome! There was so much storage in the kitchen and it was well stocked and ready to use. The decor was exceptional and attractive. We loved everything! Oh I almost forgot, each unit has two parking spaces in the enclosed garage, loved it! The owners also had a storage area with lots of beach toys and a wagon! Yay! We are already planning another family vacation!

Condo was in a perfect spot to watch my sons baseball games at baseball city. Condo was clean and the balcony was nice to have. Thank you!
