Holiday rentals with lake access in Tampa Bay

This was such a fantastic place! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved the peaceful location and the screened-in lanai for enjoying the evenings. We even played some cornhole! Renee was an amazing host! She left the lights on for our late arrival and went out of her way to stock the fridge with some breakfast provisions for us for the morning since we traveled so far. Next time we are in Brandon, we’ll be staying here again!

We were in the area to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday with family. Steve's place provided a close and relaxing place to stay between family events. We did not have the opportunity to explore the outdoor amenities but the indoor space was perfect. It was clean with comfortable furniture including the king-size bed. We appreciated that there were coffee pods, shampoo and soap, paper towels, napkins and a Brita water pitcher in the fridge. The bathroom is small but was clean and with good shower water pressure. The place was quiet. Steve was responsive to questions and sent very detailed instructions prior to check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a terrific time at Michael’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant. The pool was great for my granddaughter and we enjoyed being by the lake and seeing all the different kinds of birds that visited. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5.

This was extremely convenient for our family coming down for a business trip. This was right in the area that we needed. There was some things in the basement that seemed to be updated a little poorly, but altogether this was a nice place to stay. Our host was very nice and gave us a lot of instructions and made it very easy to locate and get into. We joked about forgetting to bring some fishing poles, but saw that the host did have one there which was kind of nice! We did not use the outdoor area but it was pretty cute.

Everything was great like always, the only problem we had was the floor in the spare bathroom. We contacted Sonia and she said she would look into it. I would reccommend it for anyone needing a place to stay in the Brandon area.

This lake, Victorian home was perfect for our group. The spacious lawn with grill and tables/chairs was wonderful for outdoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved the rustic feel with the modern conveniences. We used the kayaks and even caught a nice bass from shore.

This house is beautifully sited on Lake Tarpon and is quiet and serene. We frequently chose to spend time outside reading and looking at the lake. The pool and spa are inviting though it was too cool for us to enjoy them. The house itself is very well equipped and cared for. All of the beds and linens are good. The view from the wall of windows overlooking the lake is magnificent. Renay is a very attentive and responsive host. We were delighted with our stay, and we are taking some beautiful pictures home.

I loved staying here. The host was amazing, she helped with all of our questions and concerns. The house was above our expectations and was very comfortable. 10/10 am definitely coming back one day. I loved the host, the home, and the location. I can’t say anything bad about any of this! Book now!

The place was amazing! The place looked like how it was pictured and a beautiful cozy place to stay at especially if you’re only here for a few days or even more! Neighborhood is peaceful and quite as well:) totally would recommend for anyone who’s in or near Tampa area for Yessika’s place:)

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

The place was airy and spacious, plenty of room to spread out, we especially loved hanging out on the front porch in the morning and evening. The shower was fantastic, the bathtub big and unusual. We walked to the Dali Museum and the Pier and to Central. Also a very cute cafe just up the block next to the pond, which was also cute. I also played pickleball at crescent lake. There wasn’t a lot of space for suitcases in the bedrooms, but then there was a big dressing room in the back. The light switches were in odd places but we got used to it. Parking was tight, but we always managed a spot within a block.

Our stay was great. The location and view was just what we had hoped for. Loved watching the birds and other wildlife in the canal. The dock was an excellent place to relax.

This place is an incredible stay. We recently had a couple of negative interactions with Airbnb, but this place changed our prospective. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was an excellent stay and we loved the location that made the beach and other activities very accessible. Restaurant next door also was a good spot. Incredible stay and will recommend to many!

Nice little place. Bed was very comfortable for us. Great having the dock across the road. Beautiful sunsets over the river. Debra was very responsive of any inquiries we had.

Very cute small cabins on the boardwalk, cannot beat the view. I did not realize these are reserved thru the county so you have to check in at the Outpost desk where they are also taking food/drink orders and selling bait. There is live music on site every weekend. Check the outpost’s social media page for events.

In spite of one of us having a raging cold, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed having the serenity needed when feeling bad. Kristin was always most helpful and very friendly, even offering to pick up a pizza for us on our first night.

We enjoyed our stay and the dogs loved the fenced yard and the friendly hoses. Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Host left us some fresh eggs and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Wonderful location and wonderful hospitality.

Krista’s home was everything my family could have hoped for and more. We had to move out of our home to complete repairs and Krista’s home became our home away from home. It was safe and comfortable and we are able to find rest amidst all the crazy uncertainty we have faced since Hurricane Milton. We are very happy with how responsive and kind she was. Also this home literally has more than you can need in terms of amenities. Being displaced I packed up most of my living essentials and found that Krista had so much conveniences for my baby- high chair, pack n play, baby bath tub, and all kinds of toys! The home was clean and came with the most beautiful serene setting. We loved having pets come visit in the backyard, I say pets because we had birds and squirrels visit all thought the day! We absolutely loved staying here and in the event we are looking for a staycation we hope to be back, hopefully in happier circumstances of course!

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)
