Great landing pad for the last leg of our stay in Florida. Incredibly convenient beach access, on site parking, and functional layout.

We absolutely loved staying at Jeff’s house. The place was very clean and had a beautiful backyard! The chickens were a great addition and our daughter had so much fun collecting the eggs everyday. The house had a ton of kids toys and equipment (pack’n’play, high chair etc) and everything you need for a trip to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for going with extended family, and provided various areas for people to hang out. Highly recommend staying here - we had an amazing time! Thank you Jeff for being so responsive and providing such clear instructions before and during our stay!!

My wife and I loved the place, very eclectic in a cool way. If you seen the photos of the interior, you will understand. Everything functioned as it should. There are great neighborhood places to eat of have drinks within a 5 minutes or less walk, even more within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is active and Ybor City has chickens and roosters all over the city, so if you are looking total quiet, not for you but neither is Ybor City. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We hope we have an excuse to return one day.

Great place to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with family and friends! Spectacular views of the bay and ocean from Rooftop from sunrise to sunset. Very relaxing to end the evening in the hot tub. Once we parked the car we could walk everywhere from the beach to restaurants. We love minimal driving as part of a vacation for us. Pickle ball and bocce courts directly across from Property. Speedway walkable for quick supplies. Property allows for privacy for all. Great beach chairs supplied. We'll be back again!

We had two families that stayed for Spring Training and it worked out well. The rooftop is really fun and a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The hot tub is lots and lots of fun, but it did get cloudy at the end of our stay despite showering before use. We loved the location, it was easy to walk to the pier, the beach and the park across the street was a hit with our kids. The pickleball action is a constant there. There are lots of steps, but plenty of space. We really appreciate the beach chairs, wagon and beach toys in the garage. It was really easy to get to the stadium to watch the baseball games, though we did rent a car. We would love to stay here again and it was a nice fit for 2 families.

Lovely cottage and a great location. Short walking distance to the restaurants and bars, but on a quiet street and secluded patio. Barbara was welcoming and the instructions were clear. The cottage itself was clean, functional and overall a lively place. We can’t wait to be back to this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was better than expected, we were very close to Craig Park, Pinellas trail, and very walkable to both the restaurants in town and in the sponge district. The house is small but very clean and has all the kitchen amenities you would need. The backyard condensed but very private and was perfect for us to sit out along with our small dogs. The front door was opened with a code which is nice so that you did not have to worry about keys. The host is proactive with easy arrival instructions and everything worked well so we did not have to contact her during our stay; she responded very quickly with a question about the checkout process. We would definitely stay here again.

Elaine was a charm to rent from. The house was very beautiful very clean. The space was great for me and my fur babies. Elaine was very responsive when I had questions. It definitely gave a home like feel. I would definitely rent from Elaine again.

I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the facility itself is and how incredibly responsive, kind and helpful Liz is. You will not ever meet a better host.

Aaron's place is very centrally located - most restaurants and attractions were only minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice, felt safe. House was very clean and backyard was private.

Once again we had a wonderful time at Evie's place. We are never disappointed and look forward to our "Happy Place" every year!!

This place was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful backyard with a pool, we didn’t get to enjoy it but overall this place was beautiful.

We just wrapped up a very nice one week vacation and stay. Kathleen and her husband were incredibly flexible at both check-in and check-out and they went above and beyond to help us. Throughout the trip Kathleen and her husband were very communicative and they came to the property onsite several times to assist with a few small property challenges that came up which were out of their control. The pool and patio area is the highlight of their property. It is so peaceful and cozy and the pool was the perfect temperature and very well maintained. The second highlight of their place is the kitchen which is by far the best stocked kitchen at an Airbnb we have ever experienced. Third, we very much appreciated the abundance of beach gear and baby/kid gear they have onsite. The setup of the house is slightly non-traditional with some sliding doors to shut rooms off but overall we had a great stay. 5-7 minute walk to beach is accurate. Beds were very comfy.

The house was perfect and just as described. Terrie and her husband were so helpful with me having a late arrival. Directions on what to do when leaving were very clear. Yard was great for being fenced in for my service dog and the area was perfect for walking. Grocery store very close as well as some specialty coffee shops. Lots of separate spaces to relax in which was great.

We loved our stay at Michael's place! The location was a short drive from the airport, beautiful beaches, and lots of shopping and amenities. Oasis Beach at Honeymoon Island State Park was just gorgeous and only a 10-ish minute drive. The home is lovely, with lots of space and everything we needed to feel at home. The heated pool was definitely our favorite feature. The sun shelf was perfect for our toddler, and we spent a lot of time in the pool even on cooler days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area. Highly recommend staying at Michael's place!

Very nice accommodations to start our vacation. Great jump off point to be able to see the first Indycar race of 2025 in St Petersburg. Would highly recommend Karin's home for anyone looking to vacation in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

We had so much fun! Beautiful location and extremely clean property. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. They even went the extra mile and decorated the place with Christmas decorations while we were there over the holidays. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!!
