Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tampa Bay

From booking to arriving Juan was responsive and extremely helpful. He showed genuine care when talking about our flights and checked in on us. Our stay was very comfortable as Juan let us know if there was anything going on in the building. The place it self is gorgeous and modern in a secluded area so not much traffic. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

I had a great stay at the Mint Hotel in St. Petersburg. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable visit. The location is perfect—close to everything I wanted to see and do. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always making me feel welcome. My only note is that the parking fees were a bit on the expensive side, so it’s something to keep in mind if you’re driving. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a convenient and well-kept spot in the city.

Taylor (host) was very responsive and the check in and check out instructions were very clear. The space was clean and basic necessities were provided. Close walk to Riverwalk and Armature Works for food.

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

Continues to provide an outstanding visit & always looking to improve the bungalow to ensure their guests have the best stay. Highly encouraged for those visiting the area.

Definitely worth the money. Clean and Comfortable, private and quiet yet close to everything. Right on the water which was so relaxing. We got to meet Dali the Labrador and she was a sweetheart! Thanks Rick, if we have the need to return to the Ellenton/Bradenton area, you will for sure be on our list of places to stay.

A private paradise! This was the best part of our family vacation. The house was immaculate and organized. The outside area was amazing. I loved enjoying morning coffee in the hot tub everyday and listening to all the birds. I will be back.

This was the third time my co-workers and I have stayed in this location and it remains at the top of my list for AirBnbs in Tampa. The space is always immaculate and has none of the slightly worn feel of so many other AirBnbs. The amenities are great and the location is perfect - close to a grocery store, Armature Works, the river walk, Michelin star restaurants and more. We travel a a lot and stay in a lot of AirBnbs and this location is at the top of the list. Highly recommend!

We had a great and relaxing week at this home. The pool was used day and night. Our dogs loved the yard. It was all clean and had everything we would need for the stay.

This is the best air bnb I’ve stayed had all the amenities and necessities. Things like toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, detergent. It was very nice to get in late and not have to worry about having to try and get things first thing in the morning. We will be back!

My family and I loved it! We stayed at this house to go to St. Pete Beach. It was very easy to get to. The house was very nice, comfortable, and clean. They have lots of board games that the kids loved. The sunset view is beautiful, but bring mosquito repellent because there are a lot of them in the area. In short, it's a great value for money. I recommend it 100%.

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

Loved staying at Lisa place. It was just as described, clean with plenty of towels for my stay. Bed was super comfortable and she has everything setup for you to seamlessly make yourself at home. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tampa! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still super convenient to everything we wanted to do. Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

Five stars in every way. Location location location, everything is very close and convenient including the free shuttle that goes up and down the island. The home itself is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, anything you need. You do need to take some stairs to get to the unit, but if you’re comfortable with that pick this place. I reached out to Martha several times with questions about the island and she responded very quickly and was helpful every time.
