Paddleboard or Kayak (provided) the beautiful canal to either lake. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in nature on the dock. Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!

Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. Savor a morning cup of coffee in the screened back porch while enjoying the beautiful tropical foliage. Chickens, goats, cows, and a horse forage nearby. You could possibly be entertained by the goats playing on the roof-tops.

The Acorn is a charming 2/2 canal front bungalow with direct access to Lake Eustis. Secure parking for trucks and trailers. Ready for bass tournaments or a weekend at the Dora sandbar. Visit the lakeside restaurants on the beautiful Harris Chain of Lakes when you're ready for a cold drink or a meal. Just 45 minutes to Orlando if you feel the need to go to town.
