Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Tampa Bay

Ervin’s place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We were able to cook whatever we wanted. The queen mattress is soft. i have back pain so I slept on the twin bed. The pools were well heated. One of the saunas was not working and was not fixed the 3 weeks we were there. We discovered that the vacationers go year after year and thus many friendships are made. The condo is conveniently located with Publix a 4-5 minute walk. There are many restaurants around. The Gulf beaches are nearby. Ervin did not harass us with many rules as others have done. Felt comfortable.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Super quiet and peaceful! Jeannie was always very helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Kyle’s place was awesome. It’s identical to the photos and is very clean and renovated. Kyle did a great job communicating whether it was general recommendations of restaurants or bars but also if you had any specific questions. Very friendly and hasty to accommodate any requests you may have. The house feels very private and being super close to the beach is a huge plus. Would recommend this place and stay there again in a heartbeat

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It is so beautiful and beyond. It has the best view and a lot of areas to enjoy the sunset. I loved the games that Robert has, it allows you to have a family time. In overall I spend a wonderful weekend and I was able to celebrate my wedding and baby shower over there with the family and close friends.

We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

Parthesh's place a great getaway to enjoy the sunny FL weather. The place was spacious , clean and had all the amenities someone would need. The arcade room was nice addition , although some of the items like the pool table needs upgrade. overall we throughly enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at the place and would consider visiting again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The manager Michele was super helpful and thoughtful about every detail. I highly recommend this house.

Marissa’s home was cozy, it was close to downtown without the chaos and traffic. Given the area, we were pleasantly surprised at how amazing Marissa’s home is. It’s relaxing with plenty to do on property for all ages.

Josh’s house was perfect for our crew. The outdoor space kept the kids (and adults) entertained for hours! If you’re traveling to Largo and looking for a place with “stuff to do” right in your backyard, this is it.

We had a great stay. The community pool was heated and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Only change would have been for laundry detergent to be available for guest use (we ended up buying some from the nearby Walmart).

Needed to stay in Bradenton for a soccer tournament at IMG and this place did not disappoint. Pool, hot tub, game room, 5min ride to everything you need including IMG, and 20 minutes to the most beautiful beaches. Looking forward to staying here again.

What a score! I was traveling through the area and needed a place to stay w my kids. I was hoping to find a place where we could enjoy the gulf. I feel like we got more value than we expected- the view was beautiful from our balcony, but added bonus was the little beach, pier and outdoor restaurant across the street. So awesome to not have to get back in the car and have all these sites in our backyard. Don’t miss the sunset! The unit was small, as described, a little larger than a normal hotel room w more room to eat and the bonus of the balcony. Rent from Tony for a great bargain- I appreciate that places like this exist. Affordable yet lovely. Btw- my kids loved the pool, the playground across the street and all the little lizards, birds and fish. Great to have the kids busy enjoying the space rather than stuck on their screens!

I spent 2 weeks here and it was perfect. from the great condo, to the pool and clubhouse, to the friendly folks at the pool, to the free library of books in the clubhouse. the pool is a short stroll away and there is a hot tub. also another pool and hot tub nearby. pickle ball, shuffle board , bocce,etc. so close to many attractions, beaches, frozen custard!!!, and great restaurants. 5 star stay and a 10 star host to boot. thx Monica.

From start to finish, Matt was an absolutely INCREDIBLE host. He walked me through everything —how to access The Novel, parking and the unit—making the check-in process seamless. The apartment building itself is gorgeous and impeccably clean—you can literally smell how fresh it is. It’s in a fantastic location with plenty to do within walking distance, and the free parking is a huge bonus. The unit was spotless, and the mattress was extremely comfortable, making for a perfect stay. The pool area was just as impressive, adding to the overall AMAZING experience. Where Matt truly went above and beyond was when I accidentally left behind an expensive purse. I didn’t even realize it until I was already on my flight. Matt immediately answered my message, retrieved my purse, and shipped it the same day—talk about exceptional service! If you have the chance to stay here and have Matt as your host, you are in for an amazing experience backed by top-tier hospitality. Thank you, Matt!

Very nice condo that has a great decor and is very well furnished with everything you need. Great location conveniently located by restaurants and a Publix. About a 15 minute drive to beaches and a 5 minute drive to GT Bray park which is a great place to play pickleball. The condo has nice well kept amenities ( pools, hot tubs, tennis and a pickle ball court).

Excellent location with easy access to the Anna Maria Island beaches and Sarasota. It’s a good place for a small family with a lot to do. The complex is very walkable and quiet.
