Holiday rentals with a patio in Tampa Bay

The location was close to downtown Tampa! It was beautiful & worth it!

This beautiful studio is a gem! Very nicely furnished with HUGE shower. There were little things included that were thoughtful touches - coffee pods, mini creamers, sugar packets, bottled water in the fridge. Very nice to have on hand until you can get to a store to purchase what you need. The Murphy bed was very comfortable (firm) and the place was SUPER clean and smelled fresh each time you walked in. Having a washer and dryer is so convenient if staying a week like we did. We highly recommend and will be staying here again if we get the chance. Ramon is very responsive and helpful, too!

I will definitely be staying there again. Perfect location close to everything plenty of restaurants, Starbucks, shopping, Dunkin’ Donuts, gas stations all within a very close proximity to this location. The host was very friendly, and very responsive.

Had a great stay at Adam's place. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Had every amenity I needed. It's close to downtown St. Pete. Trip's is just a mile or so down the road and a great place for breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment when visiting St. Pete. Don't hesitate.

Great stay. Really appreciated the attention to details. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom amenities- like the "Squatty Potty" were quite helpful and accommodating. I appreciated the filtered water- that was great! Not to mention the fans in the bedroom helped me fix my white noise problem. I'd definitely stay there again and really enjoyed this Airbnb. My one tip would be to replace the bench outside. While it was useful for Doordash to use to drop off any orders, I wanted to sit on it while waiting for an Uber but realized it would have broken if I did because it wasn't sturdy. Other than that, a nice stay that I will most likely rent again.

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

We stayed in this beautiful home for almost a month and loved every second of it! From the moment we walked in we felt at home, the space was so warm and inviting. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood which I loved since we had three young kids with us. We spent hours enjoying the backyard and loved that there was plenty of room to spread out within the house. Our toddler slept in the daybed off the master bedroom and that was the perfect setup! During our stay we traveled from Clearwater Beach down to St.Petes and nearly every beach in between. This house is truly such a great location! We personally loved that you could drive to do “touristy” things in a matter of minutes(in off season) or just enjoy a slow pace of pool days, biking, exploring. There are several playgrounds, restaurants, and stores close by and the home had a fully equipped kitchen for anything we wanted to make. Truly such a special place that we hope to visit again someday!

Definitely a peaceful, safe, clean, easy-to-find and lovely house! Host’s response is timely and friendly! Location is great if you want to go downtown, Ybor, U of Tampa. No concern at all!

Ray’s place is exactly as described. Conveniently located and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go in Tampa in under 20 minutes driving. The pool table and ping pong table were awesome amenities that we very much enjoyed. Ray was able to quickly answer any questions we had and was super friendly. This Airbnb is well worth the price and I recommend it to anyone looking to stay centrally in Tampa

Our hosts Edward & Tatiana were outstanding hosts, in so many ways. We didn’t have any problems but did ask a few questions & they responded immediately. We would definitely go there again. My grandkids loved the toys/games in the garage while I loved the decor, pool & heated toilet seat! 😎🙌

Host was fast to reply. Place was lovely. Convenient to all the activities we planned (baseball spring training, golf, beach and restaurants). Only issue was bedroom drawer was off track and host was notified and appreciated we let her know and will address. The jacuzzi jets were not working, but I wouldn’t hold that against the host. I would stay her again.

Our stay was great and easy. Chris was very quick on responses and got us in the room before check in time. The place was clean and exactly what was described. Great for 2-4 people and close to Tampa/Clearwater area.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. Helena welcome us and wished us well and safe travels when we departed. We would definitely stay there again.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

The mattress were amazing, quite place, Amazing view of the Bayou. And many restaurants around to eat and very close to everything in Tarpon Springs FL,.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

A cute studio for two! We were thankful that the studio had chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach! A bonus that there is a pool when you need a break from all the sand. A very clean facility and a quiet spot. All kitchen supplies needed for a quick breakfast or lunch. Would recommend a vehicle to drive to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and tourist areas!
