Newly renovated house with a central location on Smögen. The entrance floor has a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the south-facing balcony. The balcony has a gas grill and outdoor furniture. In the hallway, there is a guest toilet. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, with a total of 6 beds, as well as a small extra room that can be used for a sleeping area. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer and exit to a balcony. There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. Parking for two cars on the property (see picture parking)

Newly renovated basement apartment in Sotenäs. The house is located on Örn, 10 km from Kungshamn. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. At 20-30 min walking distance there is Bua heath nature reserve and two nice sandy beaches. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Entrance from the garden, under the stairs. Parking is available at the front of the house, facing the street. Please note that there is no TV/wifi and that the ceiling is low. Peaceful living in wonderful nature. On the rock next to the house, you have one of the West Coast's most spectacular views. You can see Lysekil, Smögen and the open North Sea. Unbeatable sunsets! Close to the old coastal community of Skalhamn with a natural harbour, large marina and restaurant. Grocery stores, restaurants, Havets hus, etc. are in Lysekil. 12 min by car. Choose between natural beaches, cliffs and child-friendly swimming. 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails and golf course in the nearby area. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Välkommen till en avkopplande semester nära hav, natur och Bohusläns rosa granitklippor. I det röda huset bor du i ett ombyggt småbåtslaboratorium med utsiktstorn. På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn. Här bor 8 personer bekvämt och huset har alla moderna bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande semester. Välkomna!

Perfect quiet location at hotel Smögens Havsbad with walking distance to the best bathing cliffs and to the jetty. The whole house is generous and fresh and has a good standard, but with a summer feeling and charm rather than luxury and design. Bedroom + bathroom on the 1 and 3 floors, living areas on the 2 level. Perfect for large family or several families wanting to share houses during the holidays. We only want to see families as guests.
