Wonderful cottage with patio that has a sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated during the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a patio with terrace that has a sea view. The house suit families with children, friends and couples. Max 4 adults but more if they are children.

My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lake and the close to nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Välkommna till mysiga Timmervik. Här bor ni nära skog och hav. Perfekt läge för den som vill göra utflykter på västkusten och även ha gångavstånd till hav och natur. Vacker badplats med brygga och strand. Sängkläder finns att låna utan kostnad (meddela om ni behöver låna) 40minuter med bil till Göteborg tex Liseberg. 10minuter med bil till kollektivtrafik med goda förbindelser till Göteborg och gott om pendelparkeringsplatser. 20 minuter med bil till kongahälla center och Stenungsundstorg.

The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.
