From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

Welcome to my little paradise. Accommodation close to nature with both the sea and animal/bird life outside the window. Patio with sea view. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Enjoy the charm of a nice cottage. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make out the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you go down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with a 160 bed.
