A very neat and nice newly renovated apartment in the ground floor of a villa with 4 sleeping places. Located on a quiet street close to the city center and swimming areas. The apartment consists of modern equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed for two, between the hall and the living room there is a bunk bed. The apartment has open plan. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Patio with garden furniture and grill. Distance to the city center in Kungshamn is approximately 300 meters and to the swimming area approximately 700 meters. *High season V.25-32 *Low season V.18-24 & V. 33-39

Nice house on Smögen

Newly renovated house with a central location on Smögen. The entrance floor has a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the terrace facing south. The balcony has gas grill and outdoor furniture. In the hallway there is a guest toilet. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, with a total of 6 beds, as well as a small spare room that can be used for a sleeping place. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer and exit to a balcony. There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. Parking for two cars on the property(see picture parking)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Most amenities are available such as washing machine, outdoor gym and outdoor furniture. The center with three restaurants and a nice swimming area is 1 km away. Hiking trails and running tracks are 200 meters away. More than two people = 300SEK/person/night Cleaning and washing linens are not included but you can do it yourself, hang the bed linens and towels to dry when you leave, for that reason you also need to make the beds yourself when you arrive 😊

1 bedroom with double bed. 1 double bedroom + bunk bed. There are 2 extra beds + foldable crib. (Duvet and pillows for all beds.) Bathroom with shower + 1 guest toilet. Large kitchen with exit to glazed patio and lawn. Large living room at an angle with dining area and TV-room. Close to shop, swimming area and boat harbor. Walking distance to Smögenbryggan. Takes about 15 minutes. Limited parking by the house (1-2 cars) but there are parking spaces in the boat harbor. Final cleaning is done by guest

Light and airy, centrally located home

Home located on one of the most picture perfect streets in Bovallstrand. A block away from the square and harbor restaurant as well as the towns tennis courts. In addition it is only a couple minutes walk away from Badholmarna - the best place to go swimming on a sunny day. The entire house is newly renovated and easily fits 8 people with room left to add baby cots should you need to. Washer and dryer can be found in the basement. (Temporary decorations, like flowers, will differ from pictures)

Close to Smogen, private fresh house.

Your company will be close to everything when you live in this relatively centrally located accommodation in Kungshamn. 2 mountains on either side, perfect for walking, meditation or watching the sunset. 10 min to jetty or restaurant as well as 10 min to Smögenbron. 3 bikes to borrow. 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed as well as a 140-width sofa bed, plus another room that is empty, brought air mattress would work. Plenty of space for parking. Earlier check in if the house is finished.

Välkomna till detta soliga och havsnära samt familjevänliga boende i Kungshamn! Vill du njuta av allt som kusten har att erbjuda men ändå inte bo mitt i smeten? Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.
