Below the hill is the harbor in Kungshamn with grocery store, shops and restaurants. You can easily in season take the ferry to Smögen or Hållö.

There are many nice hiking trails with nice viewpoints, and in the illuminated trail there is an outdoor gym. The property is fenced in so that the dog can run loose. Parking: 1 on the property + free on the street.
