Quietly located with about 300m to the nearest swimming area and restaurant. Walk of about 4 minutes to ICA and the harbor where the Zita boats depart for Smögen. About 5 minutes walk to Kungshamn's nice exercise loop with associated outdoor gym and obstacle course for the children

Charming cottage - close to the sea and nature

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Small cottage outside Hunnebostrand

Small charming house from 1909. In the ground floor there is a hall, kitchen with wood stove, a living room and a bedroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. On the ground floor there are earth cellars, a cabin with a fireplace and a toilet with a shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes to the south, has a stream and a pond, beautifully situated in a quiet place between field, mountain and forest. The exercise track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1,5 km.

House in Lyse, Lysekil

Peaceful accommodation in wonderful nature. Up on the mountain next to the house you have one of the West Coast's most spectacular views. You'll see Lysekil, Smögen and open North Sea. Unbeatable sunsets! Close to the old coastal community Skalhamn with natural harbor, large boat marina and restaurant. Grocery stores, restaurants, Havets hus etc. are in Lysekil. 12 min by car. Choose from natural beaches, cliffs and kid-friendly baths. 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails and golf course in the nearby area. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Close to everything in Smögen!

Pearl of popular Smögen with proximity to everything! Within walking distance you have both swimming from beach and from cliffs. 10 minute walk to Smögenbryggan with its restaurants and shops. Around the corner you have nice walks and exercise tracks with a great view of the cliffs of Sandön. Grocery store a stone's throw away provides excellent service. Private parking is included in the rent and is connected to the apartment. Patio and balcony in two directions for the best sun and plenty of areas for socializing

The bedroom with two bunk beds, where a lower bed is 120 cm for two people, is separated by a blackout curtain. Bed linens and towels are included. Small sofa with TV and free WiFi. Toilet with shower. The kitchen is spacious, there is both fridge/freezer, microwave, stove + oven and coffee maker. Access to patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Private entrance and a parking space on the plot.

Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Enjoy the sea view in this rural and quiet accommodation with natural plot and 50 meters to the sea. The house has a large terrace with proximity to swimming at the jetty and small beach. Also close to hiking trails, climbing on Skyggeberg, the nature reserve Bua Hed and the ferry to Bohus Malmön with its restaurants and beautiful swimming areas. In max 15 minutes by car you can reach Kungshamn and Smögen, Nordens ark, Sotenäs GK, Kustcharken with locally produced groceries and restaurant.

Beautifully located authentic cabin close to the sea in the little fisherman’s-village of Bovallstrand, on the Swedish west-coast. The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops. You are welcome to enjoy my house as your own and I am so happy I can share my thrill for this treasure with all of you. You are most welcome!

The apartment is approx. 100 metres from Tångens nice swimming area. A beautiful and quiet area near the sea. The apartment is normally rented to 2 people but as there are 2 extra beds, it is also suitable for a family with children. Double bed in en-suite bedroom. The 2 extra beds are in the living room. Approximately 2-3 km to the city center, shops, bus stop. Free parking for 1 car.
