The apartment is part of the downstairs of our house, but has separate entrance, bathroom with shower, toilet & bathtub. Fully functional kitchen with fridge & freezer and private patio. Terrace in a sunny position with small garden (fenced so small doggies can run free.) There is a small charcoal grill. 1 parking space for passenger car is included and available next to the house. In the room there is a double bed 140 cm wide as well as a sofa bed for two beds.

Kungshamn/Smögen is only a few miles away. If you want to fish from your own boat, it can be rented in Hunnebostrand or Ramsvik. Free mini golf and boules courts are available in our harbour! The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs, red boathouses, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursion destinations – it's no wonder we make a pilgrimage to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year. Läsarstugan has the sea in front of it with piers and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and walk down to the jetty and take a morning or evening swim or just enjoy. Right next to the house, you can access the beautiful Kuststigen, a hiking trail in different stages with well-marked trails.

Perfect quiet location at hotel Smögens Havsbad with walking distance to the best bathing cliffs and to the jetty. The whole house is generous and fresh and has a good standard, but with a summer feeling and charm rather than luxury and design. Bedroom + bathroom on the 1 and 3 floors, living areas on the 2 level. Perfect for large family or several families wanting to share houses during the holidays. We only want to see families as guests.
