Centrally located and completely renovated accommodation of 50 sqm in the middle of Hunnebostrand. Coop is located across the street and right next to it is a park for play and activities. After a short walk, you are down at the harbour where there are swimming areas, shops and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher). Two beds are in the bedroom and the living room has an open floor plan. There is a bed and a sofa bed for two people. Tiled toilet/shower with washing machine. At the entrance there is a balcony and a parking space.

Our cottage is located in the middle of popular Skalhamn. With just a five-minute walk, you can reach lovely rock pools and not far from there is the nearest sandy beach. The cottage is also within walking distance of both the restaurant and café at Basteviksholmarna. The nearest grocery store in Lysekil is about 15 minutes away by car. There is also the state off-license, Havets Hus, shops, restaurants, cafés, etc. If you are interested in golf, there is also Holma golf course, about 20 minutes' drive from Skalhamn.

The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs, red boathouses, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursion destinations – it's no wonder we make a pilgrimage to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year. Läsarstugan has the sea in front of it with piers and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and walk down to the jetty and take a morning or evening swim or just enjoy. Right next to the house, you can access the beautiful Kuststigen, a hiking trail in different stages with well-marked trails.

Enjoy the charm of a newly built cabin in three floors. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the breakfast tomorrow sun. In the cottage there is a fully putty kitchen with a nice window at the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you head down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

The nearest bath is about 4km away and 6km away you have Nordens Ark with all its animals and its traditional Midsummer celebration. For those who are golfing, Sotenäs GK is only one kilometer away and you can walk there. And if you like to hike in the woods, it's just to go to Soteleden which almost goes past the house.

Nice guest house of 25 sqm adjacent to the main building. The house consists of a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet, sleeping loft available. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, microwave and refrigerator, access to freezer. Quiet location, about 100 meters to public swimming and 2 km to Kungshamn centre. Parking is not possible at the house but it is possible to load and unload the car at the accommodation.

Cleaning is not included, but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for a surcharge of SEK 900. Not pets.
