Apartment holiday rentals in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

We had a wonderful double-couple trip here. The hostess is very sweet and is quick to respond. The place is private, right across the street from the beach(not even a minute walk), and has plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had all amenities described and was super clean. We felt right at home, and this has been our best vacation so far. Hopefully we will be back soon!

My daughter and I stayed at the Miramar Beach Bunkhouse and it we loved it. It's short walk to the beach where we were able to rent chairs and an umbrella. The rooms were very clean, perfect for relaxing after the day and also very comfortable. There was plenty of room to store clothes and luggage. And there's a great view of the ocean. There's a washer and dryer that was useful. Courtney and her cohost Lindy were so helpful, very responsive and friendly. They were really accommodating during the whole trip. Baytowne Village was a short uber ride where we enjoyed the restaurants on the water and watched the sunset. I definitely recommend Courtney's Bunkhouse and would stay again!

Diana is a very nice person and definitely a very good host! Her attention is amazing! I will definitely go back to her if i go to this beach again!

Stayed here for our honeymoon, the place was clean and in an awesome location, and the view was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

Not on the beach but next best to it. It’s on a resort with many amenities. Beach is only a walkable half mile along with a restaurant (beach house) on the boardwalk we ate 2 days in a row. Pool was beautiful, clean and family friendly. Easiest check in with very clear instructions. Very clean condo with a small balcony.

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place. We felt very comfortable, nice calm beachy vibe with furniture and decor. Kitchen very well stocked and great to cook meals. Pantry space great too. Bathrooms spacious, bedrooms very comfortable and the walk in master bedroom closet was a wonderful surprise. This is the first place I stayed where there were numerous hangers in each closet which I personally love and appreciate! The views out to the gulf were stunning as the sun glistened so beautifully. The building amenities were great -we enjoyed the gym, BB, tennis and pickleball courts -all very nicely paved. Pool is spacious, heated and access to beach great. Destin keeps beach very clean, “singing”pristine white sand wonderful! Long Walks up and down beach felt very safe barefoot -super clean. There are a few planes that fly right by because nearby airport, but they are mostly smaller planes bc small airport. The sunsets are amazing over the water! Just gorgeous & wonderful!

We had a great time at Ana’s place! It looked just like the photos and was right by everything we wanted to do. It made our stay in Destin really enjoyable!

We had a great weekend at Yana’s! The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything is updated and clean. The beds are wonderful and the bedding and towels are very nice. The view of the lake is amazing and the area is peaceful. We were able to get to either PCB or 30A area within minutes. We enjoyed the privacy and being away from the main PCB traffic but still having restaurant and beach options. Great stay!

Stayed at this apartment and honestly, it was perfect. The location couldn’t be better — just a straight 2-minute walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants are all super close. The apartment itself was really comfortable. One thing I appreciated the most was how great the sleeping setup was. In Florida, it’s either too hot or freezing from the AC, but here everything felt just right. The ceiling fans in every room were a great touch — made the whole place feel fresh and breezy. The design of the apartment was really nice, cozy but modern. We were a group of four, including a 4-year-old, and it felt super safe and comfortable for all of us. The pool was also great — not crowded at all, even in June. Lots of parking available and super easy access from the garage to the elevator. Would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be booking again next time!

We had the absolute best time at Keith’s place! Very well decorated and functional, you can tell They thought of everything and what you would need during your visit. The beach was very close by and it was nice to walk to everything without ever using the car! We would 10/10 stay here again! Keith and his team were very responsive and great to work with.

This place was beautiful, clean, great view, steps to the beach and close to everything. We were pleasantly surprised with the beach toys and coffee/kitchen supplies available. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cute place, exactly what we need it.

This was our 3rd trip to stay at Piper Cove and it was the best so far out of the 3 years. Traveling with 4 kids can be challenging for a mom to remember to pack everything. Grant was super responsive and accommodating. I loved that Theresa the local property manager was very quick and helpful to bringing the complimentary beach towels that came with the rental & even cooking pots for me to use for a big family dinner. This was my 3rd annual vacation with my 2 cousins and their families. It was nice to have big thick beach towels to use as well as the free beach chairs and umbrellas service on the beach. We were a family of 6 and had a comfortable stay in this condo. We had plenty of bath towels/ soft toilet paper/ dish soap/ shampoo/ even body wash. The unit had plenty of big trash bags. We walked to Target down the road (1 mile there and back). There is also a Mcdonald’s that shares the parking lot with Target. This property is a great location!

The condo views was incredible and had plenty of room. The freezer was broken so was a little frustrating and the bathroom shower in the main could have been cleaner do to it looked like some mildew but all and all the place was great, the walk to the beach was short, the sand and water was just like the caribbean. The balcony was large and very nice. I would definitley stay there again.

Douglas's 2 Bedroom condo was the perfect choice for us!! Exactly like the pictures!! It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need!! He has a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 coolers with wheels and a bag of toys for kids available to use. We used the cooler and beach chairs every day. Douglas was a great host and answered any questions I had quickly!! He also allowed us an early check-in which was much appreciated!! The Palms of Destin is a nice place with a resort like feel. The pool was very nice!! They have a restaurant on site and a fun bar. They have a free shuttle to take you to the beach if you don't want to walk the 10 minutes. The condo is in the perfect location for Destin with the beach, restaurants and many attractions close by. We will definitely be back and stay with Douglas again!!

Extremely clean rental with great, close beach access. Perfect for two adults. The only negative I would say is that the area is very noisy in the mornings...trash trucks, traffic, lawn maint. etc starts very early so plan for that if you are thinking of sleeping in at all. The location to the beach and being walkable to food and drinks is a definite plus though.

Piotr’s place was lovely- it had everything one could need on vacation! We loved the proximity to everything. We have a young toddler and the different pool options were a hit as they weren’t too deep and helped her build her confidence. Hubs and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony at night!

Everything was as described, very nice property with bar,coffee, food. Hidden mini game room. Aqua area was grand , with about five different sizes and warming pool that’s was prefect for the spring. The shuttle service was perfect . Take you anywhere from the beach to shopping. Last thing the beds were very comfortable .

I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The view of the ocean was honestly better than the pictures. The entire place was spotless. And the bed had to be the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on for a hotel! Kally is extremely responsive and we already want to come back for another trip. We cannot recommend this unit enough!

Such a beautiful place! My husband and I & our 2 children (5 & 3). Everything was perfect! So beautiful and so clean. Our kids had a blast at the pools and beach. Highly recommend and will be staying again in the future!
