Beach condo holiday rentals in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

I loved this place, the views were amazing, it was clean and beautiful.. I enjoyed working out in the gym,going for walks around the complex and taking dips in the pool. The beach was walkable and parking was less than 20 yards from the beach. Just two complaints, it's hard for me to sit in the patio chairs because they're so low to the ground, and my mattress wasn't as firm as I need. Otherwise we had a great time.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

Brian was great and we would definitely stay here again in the future. We had some difficulties figuring out where we should go when we arrived, but that was probably on us and the fact it was really late at night. Brian helped us out as soon as we reached out and we didn’t have any issues after that first arrival.

First off if you choose Destin then this is the place to stay. Not just this building but stay with Julie. I booked this trip for my daughter’s honeymoon, when Julie found out she was so helpful in making sure everything was going to be great. She stayed in contact with suggestions of things to do and tips on how early to book things. Julie stayed in contact before during and after to make sure my daughter had the honeymoon of a lifetime. I have had quite a few stays but never with a host who was this invested to them having a great trip. I will be going to Destin next year and will definitely look for a place hosted by Julie.

My spouse and I celebrated our anniversary with a week-long stay at this exceptional location. Its proximity to area attractions was ideal. We were delighted to enjoy the fireworks display directly from our room. We highly recommend this location and plan to return. Samantha's responsiveness and flexibility regarding check-in were greatly appreciated.

From the very beginning, Bill and Lisa were both very responsive. We were notified of every detail before arriving. Once we arrived there was an issue with the A/C system for the condo we had reserved. I notified bill, and without hesitation he moved us to another condo. It was a holiday weekend so getting a technician out would have been a challenge. The room he moved us to was much more accommodating for our family. The neighbors that share the area are all very kind, and the area is a private but close to everything location. We will definitely be revisiting in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! Comfortable setup and close to lots of restaurants, shopping and recreation.

Everything was great! We can’t wait to come back again.

We stayed here with two kids and it was great! Directions were clear. The condo itself is big and we loved the patio! We loved going down to the pool and walking a short distance to Baytown Wharf. Free use of the tram was a great touch too! Such a beautiful area. We are already planning our return back!

Place was easy to find and get in! Everything looked just like the photos. It’s a decent apartment complex. Couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool because they changed the gate. Overall nice stay.

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

Loved the small quaint condo. Peaceful and just so homie. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. David answered all my messages right away. Will definitely stay here again!!

I absolutely loved this place, I will definitely be back. Once you step on the balcony you get a perfect ocean view. It was so relaxing, clean, quiet and the host communicated so well with me. I will definitely be back. 10/10 😊

The place was beautiful! The beaches were amazing, however the only downside was the multiple flights of stairs down to the beach itself. Other than that, the place was perfect, the property manager Mike was so helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.

My stay at Lindi’s property was excellent. The home offered beautiful views and was situated in a welcoming, family-friendly environment, with nearby attractions that were perfect for children. Communication with the host was prompt and clear, which I greatly appreciated. All of my expectations were fully met, both in terms of the property and the hospitality. I would highly recommend this place to others.

The place was nice and clean and close to restaurants and the beach

My husband and I rented this place for 3 nights. We had never been to the area, and my daughter and her family were staying a few blocks down, and actually found this for us as she knows the area. This place was perfect for us and within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. There were 2 pools and my grandchildren absolutely loved the “big bathtub” as they called it. It was perfect for them, they’re 2 and 4. The place had everything we needed and the bed was quite comfortable, always a plus! Sarah gave good recommendations and was very quick to answer any questions. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had the best stay here for our anniversary and baby moon! The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and in beautiful Blue Mountain. The walk to the beach was as close as can be - just a matter of walking down the stairs of the building and the stairs to the sand! Another plus was the ease of parking and how walkable numerous restaurants were from the Airbnb. We didn’t even have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella thanks to the equipment in the unit! The balcony was perfect for relaxing after the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. Staying at this unit grants access to a private stretch of beach that was spacious, beautiful, and never very crowded - even on a holiday weekend! Grace was great at communicating and had the place prepared perfectly for us. We can’t wait to stay here again!
