Condo holiday rentals in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

Condo was exactly as described and tastefully decorated. Space was a perfect fit for our family and the location can’t be beat.

Perfect location with access to a well outfitted fitness center and located within a short drive to coffee shops and grocery stores. The beach area outside this Airbnb is much less crowded than other areas beside us which is a big plus. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great! We can’t wait to come back again.

Excellent location! Walk right out of lobby and you are at Baytowne Wharf! 3 floor pool was GREAT. Beach was crowded but we figured it out! Get up early take your things over get them set up in a good spot. Leave your car, catch tram back. Eat breakfast at Charlie’s or Ruby slipper. When you are ready to go to beach catch tram back beach . Enjoy your day! Drive your car back to room. This was easiest with children for us. This room was so clean, comfy bed, and clean linens. We will be back!

This was a great place to say for me and my family. It was close to the beach and the bikes and beach chairs were a plus. There was lots to do downtown which was walking distance and the host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stay here! It is super clean and Laura is a wonderful host! She checks in and always answers any concerns or questions right away. So much to do in the area and easy access. I highly recommend staying here!!

My stay at Julie's place was absolutely fantastic! The condo was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. Julie was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect for exploring, and the Golf Cart was a plus. That is all my kids wanted to do was ride the golf cart around the village. The swimming pool was SUPER CLOSE! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and convenient stay! Can't wait to return!

How has great communication and the location was perfect. Easy to access with a lot of walkable places and super close to Grand Boulevard.

We stayed here with two kids and it was great! Directions were clear. The condo itself is big and we loved the patio! We loved going down to the pool and walking a short distance to Baytown Wharf. Free use of the tram was a great touch too! Such a beautiful area. We are already planning our return back!

The unit matched what the listing displayed. This unit was private, backs up to a pond with lighted fountains, and has secured entrance for both the unit and the community. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants. Responsive host as well. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was cozy, clean, and in a fantastic location. The host was very welcoming and made everything super easy. Would definitely come back!

This is a very beautiful and calm place to stay at while on vacation and the location is amazing. Loved that it is a 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the outlet mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

I would definitely recommend this place. Not only was the condo top notch so was Melissa. My husband fell while at Baytowne creating an issue for me to handle my two grandsons alone. My brother in law came to meet us and she stepped to make sure he had a parking pass and that we would be okay until he arrived. I cannot say enough about the place, location and the host.

Great place to stay! Stanton went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Very responsive to messages. Great location and plenty of room for our family.

Walkable distance. Very clean room. Love that it is on the ground floor and easily accessible. Also great to have a covered space to park. The room is small for the price you pay (not a full kitchen and 1 bed) but still very worth it in my opinion.

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend getaway to the beach. Location was just a quick drive to the beach and was great for early morning runs before beach days.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! Kami’s condo was nothing short of perfect. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The view was stunning, and the location was super convenient. Kami was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. First off if you choose Destin then this is the place to stay. Not just this building but stay with Julie. I booked this trip for my daughter’s honeymoon, when Julie found out she was so helpful in making sure everything was going to be great. She stayed in contact with suggestions of things to do and tips on how early to book things. Julie stayed in contact before during and after to make sure my daughter had the honeymoon of a lifetime. I have had quite a few stays but never with a host who was this invested to them having a great trip. I will be going to Destin next year and will definitely look for a place hosted by Julie.

We had the best time, and the location was perfect. The condo has lots of extras!
