House holiday rentals in Prättigau/Davos District

We stayed at Chalet Anna for the first ski holidays with another family (4 adults, 4 children (1, 2, 3 and 4 years). We had very good space for everyone, we spread out on the two floors. The proximity to the Snow Garden, the Arena and the shopping is very appreciated. Janine was very helpful and easily accessible.

We had a great stay over an extended weekend at this place. There are enough bedrooms to not get in the way themselves in large groups, but at the same time great common areas to enjoy time together. The great kitchen is a highlight for every hobby chef and otherwise there is plenty of activity for all ages with hobby room, sauna and pool. The accommodation is in a great location, offers great views and is only 10 minutes from the Savognin ski resort. The communication and organization with Carmen and Luca was always very friendly and fast and all questions were answered quickly. We can only recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

The space is very nice, the house is wonderful, it is very pleasant to sit by the fireplace and listen to the piano while appreciating the wonderful view that the house has. It is 1 hour from Davos for people who want to ski. The hostess and her son are always attentive to help you with questions. If you stay in this house you will enjoy your vacation a lot

Beautiful house and wonderful host. Amazing scenery.

We felt very comfortable from the first minute. This was mainly due to the enchanting hostess, a real piece of gold! Super uncomplicated communication and a real feel-good place from start to finish. Our highlights were the sauna and the hot tub, apart from the great scenery. One of our favorite places to stay so far! We definitely want to come back! :)

Everything was great, it's a great chalet and the price is incredible for what you get. You first have to understand the description of how the "Smart Chalet" works and read exactly what option you book, we had studio and middle apartment and that worked well. In the upper part it had other guests, but that didn't bother at all. Thanks for offering!

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Relatively convenient to Davos and comfortable. Our group of three found it a good escape from the frenetic pace of the World Economic Forum's annual meetings.

I can truly recommend this beautiful apartment! Our family of four stayed there for a week and we really enjoyed every single day of our stay. The apartment is extremely well situated for a ski holiday. It really can't be more ski in/out than this. It's also very close to the main street in Arosa, just a few minutes walk to the local grocery store (Coop) and all the shops and restaurants. The pictures don't to the apartment justice to be honest. There is a beautiful view from the panoramic window in the living room/kitchen which you can't see from the pictures. We found it also more spacious compared to what we initially thought. It is very, very clean and very, very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, and more. The quality of sleep is great - the beds are comfy and it's extremely quiet. The host is super helpful and very responsive. All in all - I give this apartment my warmest recommendations and we hope to be back!

We had a great stay at this accommodation, with a great view. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped, apart from the wifi which was missing. This is the only negative point because the wifi was indicated as being present in the listing, and coming from France some of us had network problems, so it was not very practical. Apart from this detail, the accommodation was very good, and Peter was nice and responsive.

The house was clean, large and you have a meadow hindering the house, the dogs also felt comfortable! Unfortunately, garbage bags were not available, you should take it from home. The garage is a little small, not suitable for large SUVs. Otherwise, the surrounding area is very nice, quiet location and there are many hiking trails.

The house is very nice inside and outside. Viewing amazing. The house contain everything including all kitchen and cooking equipments from smaller pieces to the larger. The bedrooms have lots of bedding, blankets, towels. When you go there you dont need to take anything with you only needs clothes. Every bathroom have hairdryer towels all sizes. Kitchen contain too many plates, glasses, cups, spoon, everything you think about it and needs for cooking to big family. When I arrived the house so clean but when looks closed some places in the living room it was dusty and can see dogs hair in the rags. They have hoover so I hoovered because I have baby with me. Check in check out so flexible. One more thing should the company consider the rules and all paper work eg how to connect internet all written in Switzerland language they should have english as well. Over all i will recommend this place. And its very near to Davos and all places for skiing. And bear to the shops and supermarkets.

We had two staff staying at this property. They were temporarily stationed on site in a project-related manner. It's a wonderful place to stay where everything works as promised. Communication with the host is efficient, polite and impeccable. We can definitely recommend this place.
