Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela", Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Davos Platz, der Jakobson Bahn, der Bolgen Plaza. Ein Spar befindet sich gleich gegenüber, weitere diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop und Migros sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle ist ebenso gleich vor dem Haus, diverse Restaurants und Bars sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz Nr. BH2 in der Tiefgarage für einen PW von max 1800 kg Gesamtgewicht (im Preis inkl.).

In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

Welcome to Klosters! Enjoy the close proximity to the golf course, Vereina Tunnel, and Selfranga ski lift. Winter guests appreciate being near the "Schöni" valley run of the Davos Parsenn ski area. The bus takes you to the Gotschna & Madrisa ski areas or the cross-country ski trails. The studio features charming decor, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and Wi-Fi. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Cozy apartment in Saas /Klosters-Serneus

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is located in the living/kitchen area. Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price. Additional costs to be paid locally in cash Tourist tax: 5.50 per adult/night, 2.60 per child/night (6-12 years). Guest card benefits, free use of train and bus from Küblis - Davos.

Daneben bietet Davos Laret mit dem idyllischen Schwarzsee (weniger als 500 Meter entfernt) tolle Bademöglichkeiten oder du wanderst direkt von der Wohnung aus in eine unbeschreiblich schöne Berglandschaft los.

The cozy 2.5-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet and sunny location in Davos Platz. This apartment is ideal for couples or small families. It has a sunny balcony with magnificent views of the Jakobshorn and the surrounding area. We attach less importance to modernity or Alpine tradition. But all the more on coziness, well-being and cleanliness. Arriving and feeling at home is our motto.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
