The chalet , located on a sunny hillside in Klosters, was built in 1964 in the classic Bünder style as the first house on the mountain to capture the breathtaking view. It boasts a prime location with quick access to all means of transport to everything Klosters has to offer. The bus station is only a 7-minute walk away, or in winter you can easily reach it by ski. The Madrisa cable car can be reached in just 3 minutes and the Gotschna cable car (Davos ski area) in 8 minutes. Bus every 10 min.

The newly built Chalet House Theo is designed in a modern traditional Swiss alpine architecture, centrally located only a 5 minute walk from the train station and from ski-lift Gotschna bahn. Carolina railroad house

The Bahnwärterhaus is idyllically secluded in the middle of the forest and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is an original preserved railway house from 1913 and is located a few meters below the tracks of the Rhaetian Railway. The whole thing is functional and simple. The real luxury lies in nature and tranquility! There are 5 beds in the 3 rooms, a double sofa bed in the living room for ideally 5 to max. 7 guests. Attention: hot tub only in operation in summer

Ascharina mountain lodge with hot tub

The old stable of our beautiful Walser house was lovingly converted into a mountain lodge with space for up to 15 people. The 3 differently sized rooms all have their own bathroom. In addition, there is a cosy winterlounge, a very well-equipped kitchen and a play area and hot tub outside. The owners will be happy to prepare the hottub on request. The lodge is suitable for cosy and relaxing stays. This is not the place for parties, loud music or bachelor parties.

Gem on the ski slope

Relax in our Bijou directly on the ski and toboggan run above Tschiertschen. From the wood-fired hot pot (not a whirlpool!) you can enjoy the view of the Schanfigg and the Aroser Weisshorn (fee CHF 75 per stay, see further details). In the cozy apartment you will find a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living-dining room with a cozy couch, 2 bedrooms with one double bed each and a bathroom with bathtub.

Sunny apartment with beautiful views. Children and tolerable pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with an amazing view!

Studio located on 2nd floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the sunniest part of Arosa, with swimming pool and sauna for shared use during the main season*. The sunny balcony offers a nice mountain view. *only available during winter and summerseason! Every second Thursday of the month the pool will be cleaned the whole day. Sauna availble for a fee to be paid onsite.
