Das Haus liegt am Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos ist mit ÖV erreichbar. Es hat einen grossen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Schlafsofa und Holzofen. Das Bad hat WC und Dusche. Wasser aus eigener Quelle, Strom, Warmwasser sind vorhanden. Im OG hat es zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Haus eignet sich optimal für bis zu 7 Personen, es gehen jedoch auch 8. Im Winter parkiert man an der Strasse. Von dort sind es 150m auf einem Pfad bis zum Haus. Wenn es frisch geschneit hat ist es etwas beschwerlich.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, you can reach directly through the black-marked deep snow run from the Jakobshorn. During spring, summer and autumn awesome for biking. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing lakeside pass past the house. Bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa resort, a tourist tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. Tourist tax will be collected on site at check-in.

Exclusive historic chalet "Stöckli" in Arosa

The exceptionally charming historic Chalet Stöckli was a stable in the 19th century and was converted into a residential building in the 1940s. A long family tradition left its unmistakable mark. Despite this long history, the house has modern comforts with TV/Internet. A parking space in a nearby car park is included. There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms and an additional folding mattress (160x200) for the children on request.

Chalet Mahli in Saas near Klosters

Chalet Mahli is part of the picturesque ensemble of three Walser houses, which used to run as an “Upper Mühle” and converted with the addition of a mezzanine. It is very quiet on the edge of the small village of Saas and offers a magnificent view on the valley of the Prättigaus. Only 6 km away is the valley station of the Madrisa gondola lift. The famous towns of Klosters and Davos with other ski resorts and various attractions are only 7 and 19 km from the chalet.

An ideal place to relax. In the middle of the village, and yet a little off the beaten track. As a family, as a couple or with friends, you will feel comfortable in the cozy, spacious apartment. For children, there is a playground nearby. It is an ideal starting point for various hikes in the beautiful Rhätikon landscape. The well-equipped kitchen is inviting for cooking and enjoying together. But you can also indulge yourself in one of the nearby restaurants.
