A bright and stylish one-bedroom apartment with breathtaking mountain views. Quiet and centrally located, the apartment is on the 7th floor of a residential building in a peaceful area, with a shared swimming pool and sauna available exclusively during the summer and winter seasons. In the off-season, the swimming pool can be used, but the water is not heated. Various hiking trails are easily accessible from the house "Irmella," and the town center is only a short walk away.

The cosy apartment with two bedrooms is very centrally located (150m to the train station and the gondola, 200m to the Coop) and offers a beautiful view of the Gotschnagrat. The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.
