The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a Walser house built in 1937 and was gently renovated in 2019. The charm of the 80s has been preserved and supplemented with elements of modern times. According to the traditional construction (family house), the house is not soundproof from the outside or the inside. This means that the roommates are occasionally (sometimes more, sometimes less) audible. Therefore, we ask the respective tenants to be considerate and to be a little quieter when dancing the waltz :)

A sunny balcony with outdoor table and chairs offers a view of the Jakobshorn.

Heaven on earth in (sport) mountain paradise Davos

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Unser Studio liegt Zentral und doch herrlich ruhig und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi, (im Winter Eisfeld),dem Sportzentrum mit Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn). Die Langlauf-Loipe ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir wohnen mit unseren Kindern in Haus und helfen jederzeit gerne

Sie ist geräumig und bietet einen grossen Balkon mit unglaublicher Aussicht über das Prättigau mit Blick auf Klosters hinten im Tal. Das Haus ist am Südhang gebaut und geniesst viele Sonnenstunden. Geographically, the house Grava in Susch is an ideal location to explore the entire Engadin valley by car or train. St.Moritz in the Upper Engadin, Scuol in the Lower Engadin and Davos across the Flüela pass are 30 to 45 minutes away. A train journey to Zürich airport lasts less than 3 hours.

The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
